This House is a great living to have in Texas. It is expensive but it is worth it. Everybody will want this home. This is a beautiful home that everybody want to live. Thank you for sharing this amazing house.
This one is perfect, it has a nice shower, a nice bathtub, lots of room for pots and pans and giant island in the kitchen with sliding glass doors! Who could ask for anything more? ☺️
When I first saw this home I couldn’t figure out where to put a television in the front room. But when you went into the den I knew I would make that the entertainment room and use the front room for more formal get togethers. I do like a home with good sized bedrooms. Ok, after replaying the video I saw what I Think is the location of the Water heater. On the blue print a circle ⭕ was behind the wall where the stove/range sits in the kitchen so that means the water heater Access is in the far corner of the master closet behind a panel BOO !!! AND WHEN YOU WERE SHOWING THE MASTER CLOSET IS SAW SOMETHING ON THE FAR LEFT WALL THAT I BELIEVE IS A ACCESS PANEL. Now just a further comment on linen storage in the master bathroom, I see that there is two linen closets but both on other side of the home and you definitely need access to one much closer hopefully in the master bath. If you don't want to take out the extra door into the closet and maybe you shouldn't if the water heater can't be located in the laundry room then you'll want access into the bathroom from that extra door for the water heater when it needs drained to replace it. But maybe some small (skinny) linen cabinets can be put inside that extra door to the clothes closet and maybe some upper but long double door cabinet on the end wall where the tub is so towels can be accessed easily for the tub and shower and sink.
Very nice! The only change I would make is to take out the kitchen buffet area to make the utility room larger. Usually I find several areas I don’t like but not with this one. I’d give 9/10. Good job Nate!
Oh my goodness! This home is absolutely perfect, I can't think of one thing I'd changed tbh! Those countertops are so beautiful and go wonderfully with the backsplash. That island 🤩..i already see myself whipping up some homemade cheesecakes right there lol. I can't complain about the pantry either with those deep shelves.. All the rooms and the master with ensuite 👏🏼👏🏼 I'm saving this video for my possibility list of manufactured homes.. Thanks for the great find and video Nate!!
Hello Nate! Good video. I've watched it once and fixing to go through it again and put my 2-cents worth in. #1) I'd of course put in a gas fireplace, or wood-burning stove or an insert, in the Living Room. There'd be carpet in this room. #2) I'd cut the island down by 1/3 at least, and put wheels on it. There's no microwave, so we'd have to put one on the countertop, probably next to the pantry. Also my toaster oven would need to go on the countertop somewhere. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. I'm very glad the sink is Not in the island! I'm also very glad there is a Pantry! We don't really need a dishwasher, so we'd remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers. I'd probably go with a darker cabinet color. I do like the arched windows. They look like they open which is very good! #3) In the Dining Room I may have to do away with the built-in "buffet" area as I need somewhere for Grandma's China Cabinet and that's the best spot I can see. The China Cabinet would fit very nicely in that spot! We'd build a deck/porch outside the sliding doors, enclosed so it could be enjoyed year round without worrying about the weather, or bugs. #4) In the Utility Room I think there might be room by the back door for an upright freezer; if not I'd probably do away with that sink just so I could put a freezer there. Outside that back door we'd build a Garage with a storage unit in it and maybe a pet shower and a big Pantry for long-term food storage. (If you can afford it, and have a place to put it, it is best to have a six months supply on hand at all times!). I don't know f we'd leave the door going into the guest bathroom or not. #5) The guest bathroom is very nice. Even room around the commode for me to use it comfortably I believe. #6) The three Guest Bedrooms and the Den would be divided up for us. Husband would have his big Gym. I'd have my Library Office Room with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace, and a carpet in the sitting area; and my Music Studio Room, enclosed and soundproofed of course! I think we'd divide it so one of us would have the 2 bedrooms, and the other one would have the den and last bedroom. #7) The Master Bedroom is nice and bigggg! I'd have carpet in this room. I love it that the Master Closet opens into the bedroom. I'd close off the door into the bathroom from the closet - I don't need/want it. The floorplan shows an option for the Master Bathroom - we'd go with that option (not the one shown). But of course, I'd have to install a Handicapped Tub. #8) We'd have porches all around the house to the garage. Some enclosed and some just covered. The price isn't too bad for this big a place. I agree with alot of your changes too. I want a larger pantry and larger laundry room. I want different colored flooring and counters. I would keep the big island because I have 3 all children, their spouses, my husband and 5 grandchildren. I love when we have Sunday dinners and I could set up a buffet line lol.
The finishes are perfect and the overall size is also. I'd have to swap the position of the two front bedrooms with the den, and the only place a corner closet should be is if it's a pantry. Not in the bedrooms.
Very nice home and I counted 14 drawers I think in the kitchen and I could fill each one. Hoo ra! Love the built-in China cabinet in the dining area. I would get this home with a fireplace in the living room and the Den as well. Not much that I will criticize about this home they've done a good job, BUT! The master bathroom is lacking it's own linen closet or cabinet and this is something that could be easily rectified but would be easier to tell if I actually saw the space myself, that said maybe a built in linen cabinet attached at the far end and maybe another one beside the tub and door to the clothes closet OR delete that door to the clothes closet from the bathroom ans put a double door linen cabinet in that space to . For the living room fireplace I'd put that in the corner and the Den fireplace I would center it on the far outer wall. And for My cabinets I would choose another natural wood tone color if available or another color other than white. The window over the master tub I would want as clear glass, can put shades or blind's on it for privacy if needed but I'd want the option to see landscape out from the window especially since it's the only lower window in the bathroom. The thermostat control (yes I notice everything) I would want placed in another area because where it is now would interfere with the placement of My hanging wall hutch. That should be able to get moved quite a bit over to the left. The laundry room access is not in My ideal location since you must go through the dining area to get in and out but I guess that's My only true negative about the layout of this home. One thing that I didn't notice and I tried was where the water heater was located? I didn't see it in the laundry room, can you tell me where it is as this is very important and a huge sticking point.thsnk you for the tour. I'm going to watch this again to try and see if I can locate the water heater . Would be very appreciated if you can always point this out. Thank you again Nate.

The only Jack and Jill home I saw on their website is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and the master is switched to the other side. It is called Prime Custom. A person would lose the larger master shower
The floor plan on the web site is for the one shown. The floor plan on the counter shows the optional fireplace and bath. I should have got a shot of it.

69° is very cold for Texas, trust. The house is very spacious, I give it that. I did not see the water heater in the utility room, so please tell me it's not in the primary closet? If so then this house is a no, no for me....
I'm not a big fan of black and white contrast for the kitchen . I mean this is Texas and well for me they toned it down alot . very disappointing. I like the master bath
The only question I would have is first of all I don't like the corner closets and the bedrooms can those be changed to standard style closets. The reason being is at those Corner closets like that take up way too much room like that and then also I would like to know if I could have my water heater put in the laundry room
I have another question I just noticed in that last bit of footage that selling the family room do they not mud and tape the joints between the ceiling and the walls when they put that trim up or do they just leave a big gap there to have a lot of air infiltration and heat and cooling loss

Concern is how well this home would be in cold climates. Texas doesn't have severe winter weather. Seldom snows and rare freezing cold.
If it was going to a colder climate, they woul dhave to build the home to the HUD or state code if modular for that area.
