- Today, I'll show you 3 products that you can use to mount your Security WiFi cameras and video doorbells without screwing or drilling holes on your home or property. This video will apply to all people living in apartments, condos and rental houses where they have a contract that they are not permitted to screw or drill holes.
I did make a video a while back on the same topic but those tips need a bit of elbow grease to make it to work. On this video, I tested 3 products from Amazon which are easier to install an no modifications needed. These products are the Wasserstein Door Mount, Doorbell BOA and the Wyze Window Mount.

Smart idea. I wish I seen this video before I installed the doorbell camera. I know about Velcro, but the other solution would have been much better especially when the batteries have to be charged.

Never used security ever in my life. But, recently a new tenant moved into building and doing real strange things like intentional door slamming and being extra loud in my hall area all the time I need something that will have really good audio and record and save to forward to landlord and possibly court. I want to get the boermount door model but looking camera that is compatible and with these features:

Need a window mount for wyze cam V3 that you can angle down. The flat against window works a treat but no good for upstairs cams through windows that need to point down
Wondering if one of the first two mounts can be made to work with a well run wire to avoid needing a battery?

I'm loving your videos. I am in the field started as a security system installer. I am now an Electrician that just bought his first home. So I am looming at residential style systems and ran into your channel. I love it and have been sharing it with some clients. I have a question and maybe you could help me. I started with the Ring flood lights hard wire and just stuck with that. Only because I rather have everything under one app. and membership. Now I see there are better options out there. But my question to you is I have a large 1 plus acre property in the woods and want to add cameras on trees with solar panels. It will depend on your WiFi signal and if you don't then there are cameras like the Arlo Go and the Reolink Go which have 4G LTE/cellular connection. I haven't reviewed those yet.
@@LifeHackster I have great WIFI so I am opened to anything. The ones with the 4G built in its another service I would have to pay for so trying to stay away from those.

just a quick question on the Wasserstein over the door mount. I have an Arlo Pro 4 XL (it has the 1/4" 20 thread mount). Wouldn't it be true that if i used this mount and a perp walks up to the door- they can just unscrew the camera at the door from the mount and take off with it?

I’ll probably go with the battery one for the eufy just because their wired ones has onboard storage in the doorbell itself which you will loose your recorded footage if your doorbell is stolen. Their battery ones have storage either on the homebase or the chime.

Does the DoorbellBOA fit the newer Eufy Dual 2K doorbell given that the 2nd camera makes it longer (I think 6.5" high). I am not sure if the DoorbellBOA can fit it as I get conflicting measurements of the case. And if it does fit, will the bottom camera be covered by the frame or not. Thanks in advance for your help.
Any idea what is the best mount for the eufy dual doorbell camera?
i have had the boa for 2 years at my old apartment but when taking it off it leaves marks on the inside of the door. the part that is not shown when the door is closed. and it is pretty irritating to take off on and off when you have to charge your camera. upon removing it for my new place i noticed the felt stays stuck on it. yes it doesnt scratch the commonly visible places but theres a felt outline on the outside of the door. but keep in mind the metal part does scratch the 'edge' of the door where it unclips and you lowkey need to be superman to remove it sometimes. love the idea just wish it was a better way for it to be fixed upon the door. im looking for a alternative so i dont mess up my new place's nicer doors

Please help! I love eufy and have 5 of their wired camera. I just got their battery video doorbell. So I live in South Florida and my entire house is stucco. Meaning there is no wood to drill into. Also all front doors in south Florida open or swing outwards in case of hurricane comes along. So what is the best or any or I am praying method to mount this next to front door or on the front door, so it doesn’t get stole ? Thanks in advance.

All good camera accessaries but hope no one have apt. Neighbors. Who would complain to the apt. Manger about his privacy is being invaded. Please check with your apt. Office first. Cause I saw here in Houston this problem on a news channel. Where the neighbor made a complaint. And the apt. Manager call the police and made them take it down.

Careful with the wyze window mount. After 4-5 months the glue set and I only managed to remove with chemicals and a spatula.
You may damage your window!
Is there a door mount for the Eufy dual doorbell camera already?
Say I live in an apartment complex and my neighbor post their live feed from their Ring door bell web camera and post images and video of my daughter leaving our apartment everyday on his you tube and fb live feeds. What is my recourse do i have if my apartment management allows us have Ring door bell web cameras.
