Jacksonville is so easy to get around in thanks to all of their expressways. If only other cities lived out their ambitious freeway plans of the 70s and 80s.

This expressway serves as a shortcut to get to Interstate 95 to Savannah Georgia and is the bypass to avoid traffic jams on the highway out of jacksonville. The city looks beautiful here
