It's pretty light and good for most situations that don't require a ladder.. stud spacing is really what's going to affect how easily it can be used, and that 5ah battery probably won't last too long go ahead and plan on investing in that 8-12ah HIGH OUTPUT battery. The rubber boot on the top should be the first thing that falls off of it. Great tool for heavy drilling with no ladders, everything else gets a drill but we usually don't drill many holes over 1" so your experience may vary, I couldn't imagine drilling a 4 inch hole with a hand drill. 😂
