I don’t need this tool, but dang I sure want it now!
LOL, I hear that!
Nice tool. Cutting woods like butter Thanks.
That one dislike probably had a hole hawg with no safety performance.
Or a DeWalt fanboy
No hard feelings bot you need to check the flex angle drill and you be singing I got the power any way im smashing my like botton Texas style yahoooooooooo katakaboooooooooooooooom
@Sparky Channel. Thanks Bill for another thorough tool review. You provide useful information.
Hope you and your family stay safe and well.
Thanks so much! Have a great day and you guys stay safe as well!
Could you do a head to head with Milwaukee vs. Dewault vs Makita?
Right Angle Drill Shootout!
If anyone else made one
I’ve got a new Hole Hawg with Jacobs Chuck, it’s stalling out less than halfway thru a 4x4 post with a 1 1/8” auger bit using a 5.0 battery, I’m wondering if it the new High Output Battery would solve this problem????
go all the way for the 12.0
Yes it absolutely would, the bigger the battery the more power you get👍👍
I use mine with 8.0 batteries so its not too heavy
Would.be nice for Milwaukee to design the handle to be removed from the back and replaced on the side if needed.
Can be removed, not re-attached to the side however
this channel is fantastic
Thanks so much Braison!
I have the old hole hawg model. After this video I’m going to do the upgrade to this new model.
HD m18 Baterry make a big different thanks a lot sparky for u hard work making a real review 👍👍👍👍👍
Yes, I love that new battery! Thanks! 👍👍👍👍👍
That hole hawg hole saw wasn’t tighten properly.. not that i am complaining... just pointing what i have noticed... cheers...
Good eye! That's true, it wasn't tightened down properly and was quite loose. It still cut the hole very quickly though!
I'm really curious how powerful this new version actually is. Could you please try to drill bigger holes (ideally 4 5/8)? Thank you
This drill is only rated for a 4" hole saw.
2:55, hmmm. my eyes do deceive me on those measurements and weights.
We use an older model at work which doesn’t have a clutch...so you must be careful if it catches. Is this updated version equipped with a clutch?
That's a good question. I didn't read anywhere in the manual about a clutch.
Sending some love from coffezilla channel💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Yeay Coffeezilla! Thanks so much and have a great day!
@@SparkyChannel same to you :D
How do I get one stuck out of wood !?!
Are you serious?
@@jesseready5667 legends say that he's still got that bit stuck to this day
Either hang off of it and swap speeds or use a super hawg on low speed. Ideal makes the best bits, they clear wood very well so dust never bind it up
Take the drill off the bit, use a big pipe wrench on the bit, twist several times, eventually you get it loose enough to re attach on a chuck and get it out of there.
here in 2024 to see if you ever got it unstuck from that wood bud
So no wrist breaking?
Yes, hopefully.
Will the hole saw kit let me drill large conduit holes in stainless steel Hoffman boxes ?
Yes, with the correct bits.
Punch kit silly rabbit. I know Milwaukee's 10t kit is expensive but it's paid for itself 100x over.
Is it noticeably more powerful than the previous M18 hole hawg?
Yes, it really is.
Nice powerful
Yes, it sure is! thanks Theo!
@@SparkyChannel Good tool
Hello do you think battery 12 amp do more holes
No, the M18 will drill more holes.
Yes it should drill more holes
Will it turn a 6" hole saw
Through what material?
The same price? Then I'd be more compelled to get the one with the quick lock. Keyed chucks are dark age technology.
I do prefer the Quik Lok myself. But then I have lots of the 7/16' shaft bits. Thanks!
@Creme De La Creme Every tool I've bought that had a keyed chuck, I've replaced with a keyless one. I change bits alot. I don't have time to worry about the key, and the key holder eventually fails.
Man, I struggled with this same decision when I bought my Hole Hawg last month. I originally went quick lok but then my order got screwed up and I switched to the keyed chuck. I was worried that I would find that one situation where I would be limited with the quick lok. I don't regret my decision but I also don't change bits frequently either.
So much lighter than the corded hawg
This is a new sparky Chanel?
Hi Carlos! My original Sparky Channel got hacked back in January 2020 and I lost 934 videos and 182,000 subscribers. So I started over. If you were a subscriber you'll have to re-subscribe because this channel has a different URL. Thanks!
@@SparkyChannel i AM again on the Chanel, sorry for You,.
I really like youre old videos.
@@carlosgamalielcontrerasagu3322 Thanks Carlos!
Does it have a variable speed trigger?
Yes, a very nice one.
Hi, can I find this drill with bosh?
I haven't seen a similar design in Bosch.
@@SparkyChannel Thanks, could you tell me what the model is?
@@SparkyChannel Sorry, I understand thanks.
@@matticarta3035 No problem, Happy New Year!
@@SparkyChannel You too!!!
