It's pretty light and good for most situations that don't require a ladder.. stud spacing is really what's going to affect how easily it can be used, and that 5ah battery probably won't last too long go ahead and plan on investing in that 8-12ah HIGH OUTPUT battery. The rubber boot on the top should be the first thing that falls off of it. Great tool for heavy drilling with no ladders, everything else gets a drill but we usually don't drill many holes over 1" so your experience may vary, I couldn't imagine drilling a 4 inch hole with a hand drill. 😂

Just use a drill
It’s basically made specifically for electricians… Wiring a house requires a lot of wooden holes to be cut out.

We still use threaded pipe for gas? I thought that was a thing from the past.
I do more thread pipe than I do megapress
Why would you want it level? Don't you want it slightly angled so the water can run towards the drain?
So tile can be squared to the tub and not all crooked. Tubs have built in slope to the drain. Good question tho

I see on here every once in a while ppl putting tape on gas joints. Here we are not allowed, gas company instantly walks away if they see tape

For anything up to 1” I use a step bit to reem. It works so well and fast

I like to use oil when I cut too - for the life of the tool, and I think it's also a little easier to turn the pipe cutter.

Definitely could’ve but wanted to make it easy to put any on my Packout dolly and not have to fight to get the bottom one
Try doing this without the mounting bracket, I had to do two three and a half inch holes through the side of a fifty year old truck scale and one through the one I just poured cause the plans only called for one sleeve but we needed two. Hell of a day.

You don't use rockbase you use sand underneath the pipe. That's wrong
Definitely not wrong. When I only use sand half the world cries about not using rock. So it’s all preference and based off the region.

I wish I had bought mine with the quicklok rather than the drill chuck. I had some old greenlee nailbiters lying around that were not quicklok but i should have just replaced them and bought the quicklol

I ran into this problem. I thought I could stack two drawer systems but the track is too close. @milwaukeetools needs to redesign that
