Thank you, Michael. It was very funny and helpful video. I learned that building muscle is slow process and that's what I really hate. Also I didn't have proper diet for so long. Didn't have any clue about protein, carbs etc.. I was doing everything wrong and had to invest in meal plan. I went with this Next Level Diet. It's good for now. If you guys have some other meal plans feel free to recommend it but it shouldn't be expensive one.

Be very wary of car drivers when riding your bike because people aren’t as cautious when they know the force from the object they’re gonna run into isn’t gonna hurt them as much. My uncle got clipped and he was gone forever before he even made it to the hospital. To this day we don’t know who the car driver was because they never stopped. Anyway, today is pull day for me and I can’t wait to hit the gym because seeing you do cable low rows made me wanna walk through a wall. LFG bro keep pushing us!
