    I have been dealing with chronic shoulder pain for over a year now. I do a lot of physical therapy, and I have seen some improvements, but the pain always comes back. I really enjoy training martial arts and boxing, but I have not been able to train without pain for a long time now. All I can do is lift weights, and I'm going to slowly progress back into bench press soon. I just recently heard about Muscle Activation Techniques. Do you think this could help me?My dream is to be able to train my boxing consistently without pain.
