Thank you for the video. Very informative. I have any issue where I don't feel the same burn/activation in my left deltoid that I do in my right. This has actually discouraged me from training and I really want to fix it. My left deltoid is tighter and possibly injured so I assume I need to get that in check first.
Great info. Thank you! Hate that I tend to activate muscles that shouldn't be activated during an exercise. Example: my neck tends to hurt the day after doing bridges. 😳
That may actually just be that you're lifting a bit too high and putting too much pressure on your neck - see if the next time you do them you get your hips straight but try not to lift your back higher than your shoulder blades, so shoulder blades and upper back remain on the floor. Does that make sense?
Hi Milton, you can book a consultation with one of our physio through our website. It is best to also contact me on there if you have any other questions as I don't check the youtube comments that often. www.sports-injury-physio.com/
