      Doctor when I tilt my head down and touch chest with my chin my rhomboid feels like pulling and my shoulder blade hurts. When I tilt my head up (max) it hurts and my upper backbone feels like tight and hurts. I think I have pinched nerve somehow but I don't know exactly. Please give me a solution

    I want to thank you for making these educational self-help circuits!! I’ve been doing this routine for five days now and the relief is unbelievable!
    For others who are just getting started with the moves, stick to them, but also ensure that your posture throughout the day is excellent. That was a huge part of my issue - a dropped shoulder that is rotated forward and slightly rounded. Correcting for that, along with following great stretches and strengthening exercises these past few days and I’m already feeling so much better!! I truly felt hopeless less than a week ago.
    I’ve done physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, cortisone injections, and more. Turns out, none of this was addressing my poor posture and tight shoulder/upper back dysfunction.

    Wow... Just wow. I have been struggling with shoulder impegement for about 15 years. It's my mistake not visiting doctor to confront it. I like to working out intensely and I had to avoid these specific shoulder movements. Pain levels rised with muscle mass. I started to follow excersizes from different RUclipsrs. Most of them are about strengthening back/ back shoulders. My posture got better but the pain stayed. And here I am. 40 minutes after these excersizes I finally feel almost relieved! Can't wait for results in a month.

    The exercises for both back and shoulder work. I find that I can't do them well every day since three says a week I lift heavy (for me) weights so I do them on the three days I jog three miles and on the one day I do yoga. I have had a bent spine since the day I caught a mortar round on July 21, 1971, in a place known as Nam. I was in a coma for approximately ten days and when I had came too I was back in the field as I had a score to settle with a Chinese advisor who could speak English fluently as he had been a student at U.C.L.A. I settled the score. I love this Dr. Rowe since my back is gradually getting better as well as my shoulder.

    Thankyou I've been trying to do dumbell internal rotation exercises just making it worse! I even tried doing just 2kg dumbell lateral raises and still has pain but doing these exercises fired my shoulders without pain gunna repeat these for couple weeks and see if I can add weight after

    I am only 13 seconds into this video and already love this channel SIMPLY DUE TO THE ABSENCE OF THE OBNOXIOUS QUICKSTEP INANE 'MUSIC' THAT OTHER CHANNELS FORCE ON THE LISTENER AT THE BEGINNING. Gotta love it!!!!

    I am experiencing shoulder impingement for the first time… first of all it scared the begeebee’s out of me… was unable to mobilize no greater than doing daily ADL’s. These exercises are a welcomed addition to my daily exercises… it also builds on my Physical therapy lessons… thank you for for clear and concise information/videos👍

    This guy is totally legit…. This is absolutely amazing in rehabbing your shoulder. Just make sure to do this on a regular basis, even when the pain goes away eventually.

    I don’t want to jump the gun because I’m scared I’ll jinx it but I swear my arm and shoulder feels 20% better which is huge for me. I haven’t been able to lift my one arm to wash my hair without horrific pain. The volume in your video is very even and good compared to others and your direction is simple and straightforward. Just great. Thank you so much Dr. Rowe. SUBSCRIBED!😃

    Dr Rowe my new shoulder impingement . I can do some of the exercises, you have given me some hope.. Is it ok to do these stretches like 2 times a day evert day of the week 30 mins

    • @DrRowe
      @DrRowe  2 года назад

      Once daily is generally enough, you can do them twice as long as there's no soreness building.
