@@arunphysique It was worst right after I would wake up. My fingers and toes were the most numb, and I could feel more and more closer inwards. I still feel it sometimes, but once I started taking B12 pills and eating more eggs and fish, I felt mostly better. My grandmother on my mom's side also had this issue.
Do you have any suggestions for a bone spur in my heel that is connected to my Achilles’ tendon. They cannot give me a cortisone shot because it could collapse my tendon and they said it could cripple me. Sometimes the only way I can describe it is if you had a blister on the Achilles part and someone takes sandpaper and rubs it. It’s about 2 1/2 inches long. Any suggestions?A

Have you tried using only light pressure? If so and it still causes discomfort, it’s not a recommended exercise for you.
