      spondylolisthesis? I have a tough time finding rehab on this as a lot of low back exercises seem to make it worse

      Hay doc. Just wanted too ask you what can I do for flat feet . Is there anything I can do for it my self . Because it's taking a toll on my back . And also have scoliosis on top of it. Anything would help doc You are the best and we all have high respect for you

    I love you sir! These activity works! Any tips on how to stay sleeping on my back during the night? I bought wedges and I still end up on my side or stomach. And that kills my back!

    Thank you! When i use tennis balls or something similar which they do a lot of pressure, then I'm normally feel bad for the next couple of days. Is that a good sign? Should I continue? Merci!

      Have you tried using only light pressure? If so and it still causes discomfort, it’s not a recommended exercise for you.

      @@DrRowe everyone one of them as they were all new to me. you clever ways of getting us unlocked is brillant. i wonder if you ever suffered from an back issue. the relief you share with us is remarkable if you never had issue with spine. cannot be learned by text.

      ​@@arunphysique It was worst right after I would wake up. My fingers and toes were the most numb, and I could feel more and more closer inwards. I still feel it sometimes, but once I started taking B12 pills and eating more eggs and fish, I felt mostly better.
      My grandmother on my mom's side also had this issue.

    Do you have any suggestions for a bone spur in my heel that is connected to my Achilles’ tendon. They cannot give me a cortisone shot because it could collapse my tendon and they said it could cripple me. Sometimes the only way I can describe it is if you had a blister on the Achilles part and someone takes sandpaper and rubs it. It’s about 2 1/2 inches long. Any suggestions?A

    You will need that towel when that water bottles busts. The plastic is so cheap and thin now.
