      @@Criticalbench had a great shoulder workout yesterday, did these stretches first. Today I’m feeling great! The tenderness in my left shoulder that’s been bugging me for a few days now is gone also. Thanks a lot!

    2:15 - I like to do that particular exercise but with a very light weighted resistance band

    When I do any of these dynamic movements, I hear plenty of clicking or popping in my front shoulders both sides, will this go away over time?

      Might need to focus on some theraband work to strengthen up the rotator cuff. Id also maybe look into scapular movement aswell
