Some of the ankle movements in this video done frequently (especially when flying or sitting long hours can), for some spicy foods, foot massages…think anything that brings blood flow or keeps it moving more.

Great video, gentle and helpful. However, would just like to make a gentle correction. Diaphragmatic breathing involves breathing using the diaphragm, which lies below the rig cage. Diaphragmatic breathing involves engaging the abdominal muscles, which attaches to the diaphragm and therefore helps pull and push it, resulting in what we experience as breathing in and out. We generally breathe through our chest or through the rib cage portion, and the lungs do not fully expand when we breathe like this, and results in what we call shallow breathing. Deep breathing is done when we engage the abdominal muscles to pull the diaphragm, which helps to fully expand the lungs. Sorry for being so wordy, didn't know how to explain my ideas more briefly.
I wore this shirt with thin sleeves. The tightness of the sleeves cut off the circulation of my arms. Now my arms and legs feel tired and tingly. Would this help my problem?

so many quiet and corner spaces you can use now in airports for stretching that are outside the typical open areas! And, there are many modifications available to all.
Hey girl, breathing into your diaphragm is actually breathing into your belly and that’s why you put your hands on your stomach and lay on your back, naturally we breath into our diaphragm when on our back and placing you hands reminds you to breath into your stomach 😊
I know what you mean, Jules, but just throwing it out there -- years ago, a friend who was into Yoga showed me how to breathe through my nose and into my stomach. I always had shallow mouth breathing before that, and now I naturally always breathe through my nose and into my stomach. That is, overall, a good thing, but with my clenching problem, sometimes breathing through my nose exacerbates it. Anyway, point being, it was nice to see a change where we are reminded to practice breathing into our upper/"shallow" area as well. Reminding my body how to breathe deeply into the upper part.
Added this to my bedtime routine and it’s helped so much with circulation. Relaxes my body before bed! Thanks so much!

Could very well be normal to hold your breath, we’re not used to breathing evenly are flowing. Awareness is definitely a first step!
