    These poses gave me a lot of relaxation. I have insuline resistance and my circulation is not good lately because of bad nutrition over the years. I am trying to take care of my veins. What about other exercises with weights? Arm circulation exercises.

    Nice simple exercises for blood flow.👌👌👌🎉. But when the yoga stretches start after the last exercise of the ball of the feet. It gets complicated for first timers to keep pace.

    I've been doing this twice a day this week and I've felt more awake and alert than I have in a long time. Even when I was in the military I felt tired so often. I think one of my sections wasn't stretched and constricting my energy

    thank you for this!! my feet always feel like they're gonna get frostbite from how cold they always are, and this honestly helps tremendously when i do it regularly (and gives my legs a good workout in the process lol) 🥰
    also that transition where you snap and your chair disappears was perfect comedic timing 😸

    I was so athletic but stopped bc of a situation & never got back into it. sad to say but I hurt myself doing what I used to and I’m 19 but this video took it slow enough I really appreciate this!!! Especially the diaphragmatic breathing first time trying it.

      Hi Sara I'm 10 weeks post op from foot surgery. I'm normally a very active 71 year old. I am experiencing a very swollen foot and leg.     Love these 13 Yoga Stretches for better blood flow and circulation. Now I need circulation for my feet. My feet are so cold like I been in some ice. Want to stop the pain in my feet. Do you have any suggestions what I can do to help my feet from being so cold?

      Great feedback and thank you for sharing, Deborah! Definitely getting up and moving around more can help. Some of the ankle movements in this video done frequently (especially when flying or sitting long hours can), for some spicy foods, foot massages…think anything that brings blood flow or keeps it moving more.

    Great video, gentle and helpful. However, would just like to make a gentle correction. Diaphragmatic breathing involves breathing using the diaphragm, which lies below the rig cage. Diaphragmatic breathing involves engaging the abdominal muscles, which attaches to the diaphragm and therefore helps pull and push it, resulting in what we experience as breathing in and out. We generally breathe through our chest or through the rib cage portion, and the lungs do not fully expand when we breathe like this, and results in what we call shallow breathing. Deep breathing is done when we engage the abdominal muscles to pull the diaphragm, which helps to fully expand the lungs. Sorry for being so wordy, didn't know how to explain my ideas more briefly.

    I wore this shirt with thin sleeves. The tightness of the sleeves cut off the circulation of my arms. Now my arms and legs feel tired and tingly. Would this help my problem?

    Is it just me but this got me out of breath, I notice when I exercise or in this case stretching I tend to hold my breath, is this normal?

      Could very well be normal to hold your breath, we’re not used to breathing evenly are flowing. Awareness is definitely a first step!

    I hope this will help my heartburn. -21 year old I;m not sure why I get it but maybe lack of ciruclation and blood flow is why? Gonna start excercising more too. (had it for a while)

    5:25 if you do this at an Airport you might get more "attention" as you want. (Not that i could physicaly do that stretch)

      so many quiet and corner spaces you can use now in airports for stretching that are outside the typical open areas! And, there are many modifications available to all.

    Hey girl, breathing into your diaphragm is actually breathing into your belly and that’s why you put your hands on your stomach and lay on your back, naturally we breath into our diaphragm when on our back and placing you hands reminds you to breath into your stomach 😊

      I know what you mean, Jules, but just throwing it out there -- years ago, a friend who was into Yoga showed me how to breathe through my nose and into my stomach. I always had shallow mouth breathing before that, and now I naturally always breathe through my nose and into my stomach. That is, overall, a good thing, but with my clenching problem, sometimes breathing through my nose exacerbates it. Anyway, point being, it was nice to see a change where we are reminded to practice breathing into our upper/"shallow" area as well. Reminding my body how to breathe deeply into the upper part.
