This evening we made baked chicken with bread crumbs mixed with power onion and garlic along with Parmesan cheese. I coat it with butter the chicken and put in the mixture. Just using what we have. I thought the chicken was pork chops. Thats how long it was in freezer. Ate with mashed potatoes and corn. Really surprise the kids eat what i throw together.

Well Glen isn't the only one taking a tumble. I got up to fast got dizzy and down I went. I had to go the er thank goodness nothing was broken. Just a severe sprain. Continuing prayers for you and Glen 🙏 ❤️.

Enjoyed the video. With old school New Mexico style enchiladas we layer them flat. Like a casserole. Big batch cooking for a big family. Plate them up with two eggs over easy on top. Good memories.

My friend set the chicken shedder on dish towel to make stay in place. Works really good.and your food looks delicious.😋

Try using some of the open weave shelf liner and set your chicken shredder on it to help stop the moving

I'm the same way you are with garlic. Meijer has garlic salt that's really good. It is Meijer brand. It's good on French fries for sure.

I don’t like whole garlic either. I only like garlic salt or powder. My friends think I’m weird. Lol. I shred my cheese before I freeze and put it in small ziploc bags, then it doesn’t fall apart. Another “yummy” video. You do a great job in using what you have. !thanks!!
I wonder if you could use a piece of the rubberized mat like the roll you could get at dollar tree, kinda looks like the jar opener thingy??? That might would help it stay in place. :)
