Words can not describe how grateful I am that you exist here on RUclips. You’re such an amazing human that helps so many of us with disregulated nervous systems, anxiety and trauma. Lots of love xoxo from a snowy Sweden 💙
Thank you so much for doing this beautiful woman! It's becoming my daily routine. And I am learning how to regulate my system again. I am glad I found your youtube channel ❤🥰
Thank you so much for your kind words! 🙏🏼 I'm truly touched to hear that my content has become part of your daily routine and is helping you regulate your nervous system. Remember that small steps lead to big changes. ❤️🫶🏼
Totally normal! Somatic exercises can stir up sensations or emotions you’ve been holding onto, and that can feel uncomfortable. It’s just your nervous system doing its thing, processing and recalibrating. If it gets too intense, pause, and come back when you’re ready. No rush, this is all part of the process.❤️
I have been doing somatic practices for a while now, they have been a part of my daily routine now. I am so excited to finally heal and breakthrough from my anxiety. Thankyou.
I definitely recommend them to do daily. It takes about 4-6 week for the nervous system to have a first big shift. In terms of time of the day - it really doesn’t matter. Some are specified for morning or bedtime, but part of somatics is also about creating your own awareness and going at your own pace. ❤️
Thank you beautiful lady ❤ please do a full body release one soon 😊xx as we store trauma in the entire body we need to move to release it, I mean not just sitting..😊I hope you understand what I’m trying to say lol. ❤
I know, it will be part of the series 🫶🏼 remember for those who struggle a lot, even standing is too much, so I want to make my routines as accessible as possible. ❤️
@ I understand totally!’ I struggle with the standing too, but I do well anything on the floor or sitting haha.. I am able to do yoga 🧘♀️ because I can do it on the carpet or even the bed... but I’m looking forward to something from you because other videos from other people are sometimes too intense for me right now as I’m still in the healing process. Thank you for making it easy and accessible to those who can’t stand.. it didn’t even occur to me that that’s what you are doing. ♥️
Loved this so much. Starting this series over today for February ❤❤❤

Hello finally learning this breathe work routine
Glad you’re here 🫶🏼 let me know if you have any questions
Should these exercises be done daily, say in the morning or when someone is upset. Thank you ❤❤❤
I definitely recommend them to do daily. It takes about 4-6 week for the nervous system to have a first big shift. In terms of time of the day - it really doesn’t matter. I’m curious to know should I do one exercise per day or work through multiple sessions
I know it can be tempting to do multiple routines especially if you are in a bad place, but more is not necessarily better. Do one routine per day ❤️
