Cool Warrior!! What I do to keep my Warrior from backfiring is blip the throttle, when you let off at higher speed the carb cuts off the fuel and creates a lean condition, give it a try and you'll notice not more backfire. I have been working on my track/trails, shop, mowing, removing that huge grove of saplings, blah blah blah. I did get a new camera the other day so I can try to get better vids or at least some vids of riding. Keep up the great work guys.

I got my brand new warrior 3 days before starting my first job (back in 2004). I still have it . Everything is factory on it including tires and brake pads. Missing sum decals. I don’t use it much but every now and then I take it out and have fun. They are pretty good quads. I can see mine stay in the family till my kids grow up old enough and beat it to hell 😁
Teach em to be nice to the quad and it’ll last their whole childhood
Word of advice on the carb take that Lil pee wee spring off your accelerator pump and replace with a strong pen spring! Talk about snappy! It will fully change your riding experience!

My raptor 350 had the big 3 done by the previous owner, and he upped the jetting 2 sized. but the fmf exhaust annoyed our neighbors, so we put the old one back on, and now I think it’s running rich. She doesn’t rev out all the way on top speed runs, the plug is black, and after speed runs she dies on me and won’t idle unless you full throttle her. Should I go thru all the work to re jet it, or just use the air/fuel screw? And where is that screw? 0:00

Bro I don’t know my warrior work perfect them left it in the garage and Haven’t use it for couple of months like 9 months and I tried turning it on and don’t work
my 2002 yamaha 350 wolverine with a non brand warrior carb always pops it doesnt pop at really low rpm then it goes pop pop pop pop and the higher rpm the louder the pops then it clears out at super high rpm no clue whats wrong
Can anybody tell me what can i do my pipe glows red. I have a Yoshimura full exhaust stage 1 hot cam open box k & n air filter but i can't figure out why my front of my pipe glows red

If you really want it to run put a gpz 760 cdi on it u can put one of them on anything the gpz 1200 also works
Mine gets way to hot in just 10-20 minutes and sometimes shuts off because it’s overheating any help

Thanks for the video.. Any idea what would cause a Can AM 450 DPS to bog down right when the throttle is pushed or when it's about to be let go? It does not do it all the time and the mechanics cannot figure it out, it has done it since brand new... Any help is appreciated!
Is there some kind of safety system for throttle override? Too much free play or not enough in cable? Or u have some carb issues like fuel screw not adjusted or intake leaks perhaps?
@@bearkreekboys No idea, I would assume they have looked for all that, like I said it was brand new when I bought it and it has always done it. They tried adjusting the throttle last time I brought it in and that didn't do anything. Thanks for answering though.
Could also be a fuel pump issue? Maybe check into a quantum fuel pump or possibly a fuel commander/tuner if applicable on this model.

watsup i have a warrior 350 we cleaned the carb but it only starts with starting fluid then shuts off
Not getting fuel that's seems like what's goin on make sure u have fuel in the bowl

Mine starts doing it after about 10-15 mins of riding. Then it stalls and wont run again until I let it sit for and hour or so. Any suggestions?
Gas cap not venting?
add a hose out of the top of you gas cap, it sounds like there is some capillary action going on and it is not letting gas out of the tank properly
99% of the time if it is having that exact problem it is your stator I know it's weird but it probably is your stater

How high should the float height should be
We leaned it out a bunch we bent the s*** out of that tab so you want the float height to increase quite a bit I didn't get an exact measurement and I also sold that quite a while ago
I have a 96 warrior 350 has a hard time starting but once it start with choke and sometimes not on joke I try to rev it and bogs out and it dies. I had it sitting for about a year or so new fuel and still nothing any suggestion I would appreciate?
Carb needs cleaning and accelerator pump probably not working good
