Man, we needed more charles on atvs content while he was on the channel. He looks so much more comfortable going fast on atvs than mini bikes and gokarts
Gonna miss Ole Chucky. Good luck to you Charles, much love and respeck. I've been a fan for 7ish(??) years, I've loved to watch this channel grow and become what it is today. I'm lookin' forward to see how you guys decide to proceed w/o Uncle Chuck!! Thanks for all of your hard work and time that you have given to us making this beautiful content. Much love from Pittsburgh!!!!!!!
Hey just heads up dyi for holes in seat foam. If in warmer clinates hot glue and heated putty knife for smoothing purposes works great. For climates that see colder temps you use tube of clear silicone and a plastic putty knife.
You can do the plastic resto with a Heatgun as well. Did it on the plastics of the trunk of a Ford Flex I inherited.. I used the flat end of a paint can opener to smooth out the big scratches. Worked well enough to get me $12k in a trade-in.
Better method is to use a 50/50 mix of boiled linseed oil and acetone, clean the plastics and once dry just rub on let it soak in and the acetone evaporate, depending on how bad it's oxidized reapply a second and if needed third time. Lasts 2-3 years. No sanding or scrapping. Heat is best for small scratches. Make sure to use BOILED Linseed oil, if you use un boiled it will leave the plastic sticky and not absorb as well
No disrespect to John and Ike, but Charles Surely added a cool twist to all of your episodes 🤠 Maybe you should include that Big mullet in one of those Chuck Pac donations,,or maybe raffle it off 😎😆
They sure are I have my reliable old 87 warrior that I just literally got done rebuilding to run on VP C9 race fuel an 14:1 compression, stage 2 hot cam, weisco oversized piston, niche billet cylinder and billet cylinder head, weisco stage 4 crankshaft, bike is an absolute beast now and it handles it perfectly with no issues whatsoever even with me having blown it up 12 times prior in the 6-10yr time frame of me owning it with like less than 48hrs on it from the time of each rebuild with pump gas all stock lol now it’s running low 9s in the 1/4 mile
Absolutely would love to see some complete restorations that look nice as they did on the showroom floor and Would love to see a shop tour with a tour of all the rigs
It is always a highlight of my week to see a new Cars and Cameras video. Collaborations like this are even better. I love the rustoration projects too. Keep bringing us more great content please.
Those wheels not coming off gave me horrific flashbacks. I had my old atc that had a slow leak in a few tires. But because you could pump them up and get a days riding they were never fixed. Ten years later the tire wore out, and I literally wrecked the machine getting the wheels off. Both rears seized on and front shaft, dont even talk to me about it. Maintenence your machines boys, and I'm usually one that's on top of that kinda stuff, fell into the ol first pull starter, she's good to go routine
I really enjoyed the plastic restoration. Sometimes ya just cant find replacements. Sad to hear Charles is leaving, the onscreen chemistry is so good. Good job on the fix-up.
Damn, why didn't you use a longer pipe to hammer through that 10 inch frame tube with the dent, imagine how much better it would have been if you could've been hammering it on the other side of the shop.
WARRIORS never die! Best quad, hands down. There's an obvious reason why hundreds of thousands of them were manufactured and sold and are still tearing it up!
Hey guys, just a heads up for the future, you should never use aa blowtorch (or a heatgun) to restore plastics like that. Heat cycling them that aggressively causes the plastic to turn brittle and it usually gets really fragile and prone to cracking. Ideally you'd want to use something like a buffing wheel to add heat gently with friction. You'll get the same effect, but a much more durable end result.
Man yea, even that sledge hammer wouldnt get that front wheel off with the brake caliper holding the disc....wow. If you wanna pull the wheel and hub off you might wanna remove the brake caliper first.
My dad had a '03 warrior 350 6 speed with reverse that I rode all the time I loved that thing, had so much acceleration cuz of the 6 speed and the accelerator pump in the carb, it would throw rooster tails in 3rd, and it sounded like a absolute animal just loud but deep tone this warrior seems alot slower than the one i rode......but had to sell it due to needing money
#PLZNO Didnt Better Health get millions in fines for not just selling customers info but selling people's most personal mental health details to medical companies who used that information to pray on these people with targeted ads and medical referrals
I hate that Charles is leaving man i feel like there was some issues in house and charles is leaving because of the stresses and it sucks man i think that will be the end of CarsandCameras for me and end to an era
Had a blue and white one, exavt same one as this, and i ran it under water at least 20 times, hit the starter and blew water out of the tailpipe and started EVERY time lol abused it on motocross tracks all over texas, and the only things i ever had to fix were carrier bearings and brake pads from constantly running in muddy water...
Nice job leaving your mark on the top of the charts Charles...and as a bonus you widened the road in one spot. ;) Kinda of a shame to see that bike go, it rips. You guys should buy an air hammer to help remove stubborn things off shafts and axles. If you grind a curve into a flat chisel you can hammer on the hub without damaging the axle, and a thousand hits is better than 5 any day. That being said, a $400. dollar air hammer is 400 X better than an $18 dollar air hammer so I would recommend the used Snap-On or Ingersol Rand. There may be some good cheaper ones out there now I had my Snap-On since I was 19, but the best one I ever used is the IR 121Q Super Duty with .401 shank my friend has. We call it THUMPER.
The warrior was a powerful and popular machine.A classic for sure,I would have kept that myself. For 50 bucks you can afford to fix it up and still not have allot in a decent machine.Seems to run fine the exhaust is worth the purchase price easy.
Those warriors were known for the faulty reverse mechanism, i found this out the hard way on one. I decided to hit this gnarly hill climb on a warrior after successfully doing it on a Banshee, right before the top it decided to find neutral bc of the reverse mechanism, and well they weigh alot so having one roll across you a couple times is no fun. So for any future warrior riders, you dont need reverse just zip tie it tight in the forward position.
I have the same quad !! Gotta replace the coil or cdi don’t know yet haven’t had time to mess with it bc of work lol wish y’all wasn’t far away from West Virginia I’d sell it to y’all for 1000 lol has a big bore kit too
You got to weld a to hitch bar on the bottom of that engine hoist. Back the truck up into the garage, tip the engine hoist to the hitch, put the pin in, then go pick up the bike next time or any other object. 1000 times easier with those casters on gravel...
The reason that gloss is coming back after you hit him with the heat because you're not cleaning I'm good enough. You need to use a cleaner like a glass cleaner with alcohol in it.
yes sir, 50 buck cant beat it. i got something ive never seen before a real trail 50cc harley dadidson. got great blue tank, stickers on it original looks good. going to restore it for grandbaby but i got time to probaly going sell it its a 1970s model mid 70s believe. mostly all there idk if runs said it did .idk nice looking little bike and its a Harley.
I have that same warrior. Mine is an 05. Its an absolute beast. One of the torque'ist 350cc quads ive ridden. It has a jetted carb and white bros tunable exhaust with header. Its loud as all get out. Sounds like a peed off grizzly bear in the woods 😂. But i love my yz250 swapped blaster a little more😊
Pc racing plastic renew works wonders if you take the time and do the prep it’s only 20 bucks and I got a mirror finish on my 06’ banshee on the 18 year old stock black plastics which had some pretty deep scratches I went from 220 all the way up to 1000 grit wet sanding not missing a grit in between banshees have only 4 plastics so it’s not to bad but I followed that with alcohol to clean the surface and applied about 16 coats of pc racing plastic renew buffing every 4th time and my plastics literally look brand new not bad for 20 bucks and $18 spent on sand paper although they give you sandpaper not up to 1000 tho cause it’s not instructed.
I like this style of video and doing full builds or restos. But come on guys you shoulda took a wire wheel to the frame and primed it then cleared it after. It would have turned out much nicer and lasted longer.
Charles should start his own channel and do his thing. I hope he's not slaving for some company and having a shitty job. What is he fixin to where he is going? For work?
I had a Warrior 350 back in the day that I got off someone that was in rough shape. I never got a chance to fix her up and I regret selling it. Maybe one day I can get my hands on another one.
I'm sorry, but the betterhelp commercial had me rolling! Just thinking what the executives who sit in boardrooms deciding on commercials discuss. Later on I was driving it down I-4 near St Petersburg and the hood latch let go, so the hood flew up over the windshield at 75 MPH in a roadwork zone, so we had to Dukes of Hazzard it to get pulled over through the work barrels...😂😂😂 One time I will never forget.
' Chuck, Chuck....Chuck of the jungle...Watch out for that tree..'. Going out with a roar and a Bang? The ,..uh..'restoration' looks good. Them carbs are lil tricky to get tuned rite . I bet with the rite jets and a good rebuild kit that thing will rip really hard . I can tell it’s lacking a few rpm’s
Man I wish I could bring my 1987 Honda trx250x and run it around your course and set a hot lap I have over 30 years experience on quads and dirtbikes and 3wheelers I’d love to be the test driver for you guys. 🤙🏻
I have a 1999 Yamaha warrior 350 and it’s a great machine. Y’all did a very good job at your restoration. God bless and remember never surrender
Amen brother!
Man, you can really tell that 4 wheelers are Charles' bag. He just looks so confident on that thing
Charles out there doing landscaping before he leaves. 🤣
Where's he going?
Mexico to be with his esay
Man, we needed more charles on atvs content while he was on the channel. He looks so much more comfortable going fast on atvs than mini bikes and gokarts

The plastics restoration blew my mind! Can't believe how well this quad came back considering how bad it was!
Make sure to use BOILED Linseed oil, if you use un boiled it will leave the plastic sticky and not absorb as well
Can I see into the future, or am I just going crazy?
@stoddern I came to say the same thing. Heat pulls the dye and oil out of the plastic, not to mention doesn't last very long
Try some SC1 by maxxima, the stuff works amazing. Its basically a plastic polish
Novus plastic polish, been using since the 70's on all plastic and rubber .. even puts a shine on powder coated parts.
Holy Cow man. I LOVE my little old Warrior! I did a full restoration on it a couple years ago!
Always a good time working with you guys! See you on the next one!
Great job guys! I love restoration on a budget. Gives me ideas for some of our toys. Can’t wait to see Colin rip this thing around. Awesome score RCC!
This was one of my first 4 wheelers, I tortured it every time I rode it and it never failed me or left me stranded, Definitely a great beginner quad…
No disrespect to John and Ike, but Charles Surely added a cool twist to all of your episodes 🤠 Maybe you should include that Big mullet in one of those Chuck Pac donations,,or maybe raffle it off 😎😆
My first quad! Those old warrior 350s were indestructable!
LETS GOOOO YALL GOT A WARRIOR, I fully rebuilt my 1990 warrior as my first “restoration” project it was dopeeee, this is sick!!!!
Aluminum foil works to clean chrome/ nickel its abrasive enough to remove the rust and softer then the chrome so it doesn't scratch it up.
Gonna miss that boy. Have a great life Charles.
Absolutely would love to see some complete restorations that look nice as they did on the showroom floor and Would love to see a shop tour with a tour of all the rigs

Don't use better help. They sell your information.
Yamaha's are the best. My buddy has a banshee and that thing is a beast. All you can do is hold on and pray. Stupid fast.
I had a 2004 350 Warrior!! It was a Beast of a bike!! Made it thru 3 boys !!
🇺🇸🏁🇺🇸
Good to see your "Crash Test Chuck" in action 😊
northumberland UK tuning in todays episode looks like a good one

Ike is great but Charles leaving is a huge loss to this channel
Amen brother 🙏
I agree
What happened to charles
17:05 tha look he gives his mate while in tha background XD Ah died laughin HAHAH cheers fae Scotland
Jon keeps on saying we we we we but didn't lift a finger to help with the restoration.
And then BETTER HELP well sell your private info to the highest bidder, STOP ENDORSING, these crooks, you guys are too good for this
Another good tip on restoring plastic and helping clean mud from the plastic. Use mop and shine / mop& glow floor cleaner.
I really enjoyed the plastic restoration. Sometimes ya just cant find replacements. Sad to hear Charles is leaving, the onscreen chemistry is so good. Good job on the fix-up.

@CarsandCameras
Pour cold water on plastics after they are melted it will be a bit shinier
Love the sponsor but I fortunately found a great therapist for myself already.

21:26 Shoe goo works really well for fixing the boots to 👍
That blowtorch method's gonna be back to baby blue in a month.
Man yea, even that sledge hammer wouldnt get that front wheel off with the brake caliper holding the disc....wow. If you wanna pull the wheel and hub off you might wanna remove the brake caliper first.
I love your videos! Just bought a welder today because of what i get from watching ❤ from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
😂lol charels is kind of leaving the Chanel so he has to go out with a bang I wish all the best for u brother and I mean that deeply from my heart ❤️

Dude... 8" ACTUAL wool buffing skirt with medium compound will BLOW YOUR DAMN MIND on any of those old plastics

The boot you had put on there for the carb the gasket has a problem getting sucked in
My olde bother took his own life 30 minutes after ending an email conversation with betterhelp
Wow. Your up early or was that yesterday. Anyways, make my day fellas. Dropping tools in South Australia.
Nice job leaving your mark on the top of the charts Charles...and as a bonus you widened the road in one spot. ;)

To restore platic,,HEAT GUN,,works amazing,,safer than a torch for overheating
This Old Man from Washington NC always enjoying your videos 👍. Love You Guys. 🛵🧔💝💝💝
Also, I would definitely break out my buffer with a wool pad and buff those plastics, but y'all did a great job on them!

Y’all outta do sum with that kei truck

I had 2 warriors 350s great quads and my first one had the 390 stroker kit an that quad ran awsome lol it had all the good parts on it .
I've had 4 banshees, 2 blasters and one raptor. Always wanted a warrior.
Charles made this channel better sad to see him leave hope he starts his own channel and kills it❗ 🔥🔥
Love these old machines! I learned to ride on one of them, my dad still rides his that he bought new in 87!
It would stretch that 24 hr mark however if you wanted a show finish with all the elbow grease.
I like this style of video and doing full builds or restos. But come on guys you shoulda took a wire wheel to the frame and primed it then cleared it after. It would have turned out much nicer and lasted longer.
Not to shabby for a $50 buy. Super win.
Charles should start his own channel and do his thing. I hope he's not slaving for some company and having a shitty job. What is he fixin to where he is going? For work?
I did the plastics torch repair more than a year ago - got photos too.
Use kroil on the parts that won't come apart. Or rusty bolts. Trust me on this. Kroil is magic in a can.👌
That 4 wheeler turned out great and for 50 $ you can't go wrong with a Yamaha 😮👍
I had a Warrior 350 back in the day that I got off someone that was in rough shape. I never got a chance to fix her up and I regret selling it. Maybe one day I can get my hands on another one.
Love the collaboration between you & all your mates..should get together & build on new course no.1 vehicle...would be awesome..
Great now y’all can bring back the honduki
Ive used spray foam to fill holes in a 82 yamaha seat once. Worked good.
I thought that was chuck on there jumping it nice 😊
I see you fellas have some wildfires your way. Stay safe.
the torch method is killer. You HAVE to clean and spray on some UV protection clear though.
or not ;-) Fun project. Them friends know their stuff.
That blue spray paint you guys used is very cool I like it
Apply WD-40 for a short soak, then get out the torch and heat the bolt /nut up and then try brake free again almost every time it brakes free.
Hey ive heard heating plastics makes it brittle and it comes back to being faded in a short amount of time..how is it holding up?
Only if you over heat it. If you just move the flame more quickly it doesn’t heat up as much.
Should use a heat gun not an open flame
It’s always a good day when cars and cameras finish a project!!😂
Boiled linseed oil mixed up with paint thinner works good on faded plastic.
Never heard of that method where i can find more info
I'm sorry, but the betterhelp commercial had me rolling! Just thinking what the executives who sit in boardrooms deciding on commercials discuss. Not once in the history of executivism has one of them said; "Now, listen... Followed by shouts of hoorahhhh and everyone heads to their crosscarts in the executive parking area and do smokey burnouts out of the parking garage on their way to GoPowersports!
LegosandCameras strike again.
Man, I used to have one of these when I was younger and I had ALOT of fun on one of these in Flaarda. We had a motocross track that we would take our bikes, quads, and even our trucks out on back then, and it was so much fun and created alot of fun and funny memories. I would LOVE to find a Warrior for $50. Edit: my buddy Casey had a RWD 1992 S-10 with a 3.1 V6 and a 5 speed manual and he tried to rip through the track and ended up getting stuck (with his truck floating in a small pond that was right in the middle) and we all had to wade in to push the truck out.
You sure it wasn't a 2.8l? S10 never came with a 3.1.
What special place you find a 50 dollar atv 😂
Junkers or junkies. One of the 2.
' Chuck, Chuck....Chuck of the jungle...Watch out for that tree..'. Going out with a roar and a Bang? The ,..uh..'restoration' looks good. This looks fantastic!
Them carbs are lil tricky to get tuned rite . I bet with the rite jets and a good rebuild kit that thing will rip really hard . I can tell it’s lacking a few rpm’s
I think it would be sick to see a mini bike giveaway…also Charles please don’t leave
I have two 1990s Suzuki king quad 350s with the same solenoid clicking problem. How did you fix this issue? Thanks
Definitely need to come to Oklahoma and have a meet at little Sahara and ride my 48hp Yamaha warrior I think you wouldn’t know what todo lol
It’s been a while since I watched you guys I decided since I was looking up 350 warrior stuff might as well watch you
Charles only has so much time leaved to enjoy it so he's grabbing it while he can, Prop's my man I understand.
Hey I have the same quad and my plastics are deteriorating pretty bad. No luck finding anything online to replace. What should I do?
Man I wish I could bring my 1987 Honda trx250x and run it around your course and set a hot lap I have over 30 years experience on quads and dirtbikes and 3wheelers I’d love to be the test driver for you guys. 🤙🏻
They never made a 05 warrior they only made them to 04
