Rhett, you're right it is a blessing that that family in Texas gave you those to highland cattle🐂🐂❣️❣️🙏🙏 ,. I look forward to further postings from you,. I cannot wait to see the storyline of April and Pearl. Thank you for posting. They are beautiful animals 🐂🐂💖,.
Pretty girls and I hope you get calves from them. Very nice to get this lovely gift of the ladies. You had losses with the embryos didn't take of your three. They are thinking ... my horns will not fit! lol
You have a beautiful herd. I enjoy all your videos. I noticed that one of your cows at the beginning of the video had something hung up on it’s rear leg. Looked like baling string.
Oh wow, a huge thank you to the family who gifted Annie & Pearl to 100 Acre Wood Highlands, lovely thoughtful & generous act😊 Hoping all goes well for the embryo implants Rhett🤞🏼 Take care & cheers 🥰
That was the biggest, generous gesture anybody can make to give you two beautiful heifers or cows whatever the case may be the gorgeous girls absolutely gorgeous girls. I can’t wait to see if the A I takes effect and see what we wind up with a been watching but sitting in the background just watching I noticed Chad lost Fred and he got rid of Tessie‘s pushy pushy, and the other. Junebug is pregnant and ready to calf at any time
Love your videos! Seeing a Highland in person was on my bucket list of sights to see on my honeymoon to Scotland way back in 2006...caught a glimpse of one from the train to Glasgow, so not exactly 'in person' but I did get to see one...and in Scotland! A man with a small farm a short distance from my house has four Belted Galloways, so I get to see those without having to go all the way to Scotland! He started with two, and now he has four! I would love to live the life you are living, but at age 68 it isn't likely that will happen now. As it is, I have turned my third acre into as much of 'homestead' as the community council will allow: a number of beehives, a miniature 'orchard' of dwarf apple trees, and extensive gardens. I am on a quest to get permission for at least 4 or 5 chickens LOL! The area I live in was once dairy and truck farms, but I-75 changed all that back in the '60s. However, there are a few holdouts, like the guy with the Galloways, and some Alpaca and horse farms that are quite near. Keep up your efforts and the videos!
Your 2 new additions couldn’t have asked for a better home. God bless you, your family, your cows, and the wonderful family who gave you Annie and Pearl. They are beautiful and I’m sure will make great Mommas.
Rhett. Maybe your cows get to the place they stop at & look at that small opening & think there's no way my horns are going through there. LOL. Maybe if you could make that alley & opening just a little bit wider they might be more willing to to through there, not necessarily as wide as their horns but enough wider that they can think I can just turn my head slightly to the side & I can make it through there. Just how I would think if I had those wide horns. Don't know if you could make that change without a lot of trouble.
Exciting gift from some nice people!!

Hey, you haven't posted for a couple months! Just checking to make sure y'all are okay...
The coos are afraid their horns won’t fit thru that tiny opening into the trailer, that’s why they stop.
That's my thought too.
I really miss your videos are y’all ok
Do you take your cows for food to eat or sell?
