Been waiting for a new video. A friend rescued a highland bull. You could feel his ribs. Been about 2 months and he’s putting on a lot of weight, and looking fat.! Our friend brushes him, and in hot weather, hoses him down. Plus my son made him a ramp to get to the spring fed lake.!he loves it. His name is Oliver. Sweet and gentle. Uncut. He’s in heaven 😊
So good to see you and my favorite cows. Blessings on your family and your farm.
Great to see you back. I think the black bull is indeed the way to go, he is looking quite correct and flashy. Better top line than the other two and just a solid all around bull. Kudos
Your livestock is beautiful.
Hi! Glad to see you again!
Glad things are looking better!
Be safe and well. 😊
Hope you post more often. You have a wealth of knowledge
Major difference in price! Ladies looking good and the younguns too.
I am glad you have gotten rain. Hope you get all the bales of hay that you need for the year.
So good to seen you. Hope you and the family are doing well. Take care ❤
Thanks for the update Rhett. Bernadette & Hayley are sweet girls, that gene seems to run in their lineage😊 The Hereford cross calves have grown a lot. Hope the family are all well, take care & cheers🥰
So nice to see a vid from you again!
Had the same problem in Alberta Canada with the drought, its unfortunate but the show must go on! And ttey all run tge same way fir them oats. Love watching Coos run!
So good to see you again. The black is beautiful! So nice to see your herd again. What about the two surprises? They are pretty ... Haley is adorable. Yes they know ... lol Love seeing them run to get cubes ... lol lol
So happy you got RAIN. Blessings to 100 Acres Woods Heilands 🙏🙏
Hey Rhett glad to see a video again love your Highlands and your knowledge of them glad you got some much needed rain so that your hay is productive this year to feed all the coos for the year and I love the black highland too think it would put some different color in your fold.
Good to see you all! It's been a while - I got so happy when Bernadette came into view, i just adore her & I get the urge to protect her, she's such a sweet, gentle, lovely gal! I'm glad she passes her nature on to her daughters
GREAT to see you and some of the herd again. SO GLAD YOU'RE GETTING SOME RAIN. Herd is looking GREAT
Hello. Im a follower of Chad and Rae Doss from Doss Farms. I came to check out your amazing farm.
Nice looking herd.
It's a stampede! 😆
🇦🇺Could you run goats for the weeds? Even hire the goats for a time.
Regarding the hay, do both buy some hay while it’s a good price and hope you can bail more hay. Better having to much and bless others than not have enough.
Glad to see you back ! I almost unsubscribed to your channel..
Would love more content on your Highlands, discuss pedigrees of your herd with any pictures of their ancestors, have any of the IA cows calved yet.. Color genetics of your herd, ect...
Really enjoy your content. As far as stickers/sand spur go we have them here in Florida and we put slaked lime on the soil and they disappear. Give it a try.
A controlled burn will get rid of the sand burrs. We had an empty lot next to our house in FL that was FULL of those nasty stickers. The lot burned one day resulting in the elimination of the stickers. 😀😀
Spray the fields down with some Trillion or Par 4. Your to worried about the environment. Don't worry about it your doing better then anyone else 💯
I should have waited until you talked about the pony 😂. I bet I spent 5 minutes pausing video, blowing up the video because I thought there was a horse. Then you get to the gate and talk about the pony 😂😂.
gtsy
Hi I was wondering if it’s possible to have a highland cow in eastern North Carolina since that is where I live and would really like to have one
