Been waiting for a new video. A friend rescued a highland bull. You could feel his ribs. Been about 2 months and he’s putting on a lot of weight, and looking fat.! Our friend brushes him, and in hot weather, hoses him down. Plus my son made him a ramp to get to the spring fed lake.!he loves it. His name is Oliver. Sweet and gentle. Uncut. He’s in heaven 😊

Great to see you back. I think the black bull is indeed the way to go, he is looking quite correct and flashy. Better top line than the other two and just a solid all around bull. Kudos

🇦🇺Could you run goats for the weeds? Even hire the goats for a time.
Regarding the hay, do both buy some hay while it’s a good price and hope you can bail more hay. Better having to much and bless others than not have enough.

Glad to see you back ! I almost unsubscribed to your channel..
Would love more content on your Highlands, discuss pedigrees of your herd with any pictures of their ancestors, have any of the IA cows calved yet.. Color genetics of your herd, ect...

Really enjoy your content. As far as stickers/sand spur go we have them here in Florida and we put slaked lime on the soil and they disappear. Give it a try.

A controlled burn will get rid of the sand burrs. We had an empty lot next to our house in FL that was FULL of those nasty stickers. The lot burned one day resulting in the elimination of the stickers. 😀😀

I should have waited until you talked about the pony 😂. I bet I spent 5 minutes pausing video, blowing up the video because I thought there was a horse. Then you get to the gate and talk about the pony 😂😂.
