I’m an heave tech and installer. The plumbing you have coming out of there is the drain for your coil. As your system cools it condensates. And the cap you have on top of that pvc is so you can clean it. It can get dirty over the years as water passes through it. I hope you like your new system though. Like your videos. Been with you guys since Idaho.

Honestly sir, can a video be more perfect? Catfish, fries, great fishing, prayer, and a great narration!
Quick tip for crispier fries: fry your fries until light brown then take out and wait until your fish is done then put fries back in. Maybe 5 minutes.

Comment. Those “plumbing parts” is your drain for the water and that has a built in safety switch so if water backs up it’ll trip the unit and turn it off so it doesn’t keep running and produce more water
Hey Micah I do HVAC for a living. Been doing it for almost 15 years now and I gotta say that air handler install in your attic is clean work. Also that wired mechanism attached to the plastic drain piping is a safety switch to shut the unit down if there were any blockages in the drain to avoid home damage👍. Love you and your bros videos just wish you guys were back in Idaho so I could come along some time. -Justin M.

Micah.... Next time with the home cut fries, double fry them. Fry them once at high temp and the take them out to rest. Then refry them just before eating. They will be crunchy on the outside and mash potatoes on the inside.
Micah you should have used some of Ace's First Cast seasoning in your flour mixture.

Catfish are about as opposite of picky eaters as you can get. They will literally eat anything. They're part of nature's cleanup crew, absolute specimens of opportunistic scavengers. Thus why they're also cannibalistic, too, and love stinky and putrid stuff the most.
But man are they delicious fish! My personal favorite eating fish still to this day so far. Especially cornbreaded fried catfish, with Louis Sauce. Man is that good stuff!

Bro if you want some crunchy fries and fish. You should try the double fry method. First fry is at a lower temp to cook it trough. once done let it rest to get rid of the steam coming off. The second fry, you get the oil at a higher temp and cook it for a few mins. till its Golden crispy!

I own a pub beer batter that is seasoned flour (pancake flour) you pour a beer of choice in it and an egg. Make gluten-free just use seltzer and gf mix. P. S. S. Use left over batter for onion rings or even deep fried oreos and twinkies.

Nyce fishes, nyce BIG BLUE! Great lookin and crunchy sounding food. I got a recipe for guiness from an Irish lass. Guiness cold with 15-20% dark sweet berry juice. Don't tell Irish guys, cause they might kill ya over it. My modification, frozen big Octoberfest mug. 3 Guiness 12oz with juice. Beer is good food. On a hot day that is amazing. Don't drive though. Don't tell Mic!

You have to try live eels, put on ice and cut them in 3in section. Try it in the rive. Live in myrtle beach and kill cats on eels. Biggins, 68lbs blue and 48lbs flat on incoastal waterway.

Blue cat regs in south carolina is 25 a day and only 2 32 inches or bigger per day. Oh and that's per person on the boat.
When I was in my teens I was fishing in the Ohio River at a hydroelectric dam and I watched an older guy catch this HUGE channel cat that was seriously bigger than him. He held it up to his head with both hands and it's tail was curled on the ground. He grabbed a 55 gallon blue plastic trash can (that was down there for trash), put the catfish in it, and carried it to his truck. I was absolutely shocked.
