    trees
    greens and blues
    pinks and reds
    colors burst softly
    with lines and threads
    and standing trees
    beautiful and strong
    a trail to oblivion
    twisting and long
    awaits beneath a morning sun
    light dancing to and from
    calling softly in the breeze
    morning dew on sleeping leaves

Watched this one a couple of times. I love it, my idea of Ausrtraliana. Light , soft colours really appeal to me.
This is one of my favourites, would love to do a version of it with my acrylics ( with your blessings of course).
Thanks Richard, this was most enjoyable to watch, see you next time.👨‍🎨🇦🇺🦘

U show us how deep ur vision breaks down the light & shadow. By doing so, u teach/inspire people to look closer at the sun sets & sun rises, other beautiful moments of contrast they already appreciate. Now they can find even more color.

Hello Richard. Wow what a superb painting with this mist accumulated at the bottom of the valley, a beautiful composition and great colors. I love the pinkish color of the path and the light in the foreground and the pinkish gray color of the shadow on the right of the painting. The depth of the scene is also superbly rendered with this tree in the sunlight in the 2nd plan and in the distance the more ocher color. Indeed a very sweet painting. Well done 👏👏🙂

I usually draw hyperrealism with graphite on paper, but when I paint I always felt a bit at a loss to just let go. I decided to try a bit your technique and use the biggest pallet knife or the biggest brush I have to put in the first layers, and voila! My hyperrealistic and even realistic brain shuts off and lets me just have fun. Really great work you do. Thank you for sharing your fantastic work and techniques with the world.

That was brilliant. A really great lesson in mixing and draughting. its really interesting watching how an abstract painting comes together. But now you put in those fine details so it can be seen a little easier when viewed from a closer distance. Is this a result of a changing art scene and what people now want or are you trying something a little new? Regardless a really great painting. Thanks again, Bill-NZ

    And the B-roll footage, heavenly.
To be honest I thought you might have bitten off too much with the composition at the beginning, but that thought quickly disappeared when it came together so well, so quickly (by using your biggest difference technique - thank you btw 🙏🏼 and I sold my first oil the other day with some knife work so thank you for some wonderful inspiration over the recent years)🙏🏼🙏🏼.
And with your splashes of complimentary colour and wonderfully constructed feeling of 3d space - it quickly turned into something Very special.

Hello. Another magnificent painting. How do you prepare your canvases? The one in this video creaks under the strokes of the spatula as if it were sanded!! I know that you usually use coarse-grained canvases, certainly for the adhesion of the paint but this time it seems very "creaky" to me.

Dear Richard, I don't speak English, I understood that the colors used on this painting are cobalt blue, yellow ochre, alizarin crimson, titanium white but I couldn't understand the last color which must be a red but I don't know which one...
