As expected, you nailed it again. One of my fave parts was the BIG tube of white paint, squeezed out with a caulking gun. Nice. Big canvas, big paint! Jealous you have the coastline and ocean within reach. I love seascapes, but working from photos gets old. Great knife work.

I thought the blue mountains where I live was beautiful, but that area in SA is wonderful.

Richard! Good heavens what a glorious painting! I can feel the dancing of the water over the rocks beneath and the mesmerizing flashes of light as only the sun and ocean can make. I live on the coast of Massachusetts and grew up looking for seaglass on a beach of small smooth rocks which were like jewels under the salt water. I feel every bit of that in your painting! I also want to acknowledge how much you put into your videos - not only the magnificent paintings but the time and effort to edit, including glorious footage of your surroundings, mixing in the music. Makes for a full and enriching experience. In closing, could you tell me what is the music during the "overnight" period of time as you show the coastal scenes? Deep thanks for sharing!
