I’d recommend cutting the edges off n make them “circular” because the corners snag on clothes blankets towels etc n it ends up peeling off n leaking plasma ink n blood👌 leave first one on 8-24hrs depending on how much discharge the tattoo has the remove clean the tatt n apply a new one for another 3-5 days then remove n clean n moisturize the tattoo like u normally would. Found this video while looking for “how to’s” on saniderm. How did you actually cut it? I feel like I’m cutting it wrong bc the scissors get caught in the plastic. Any tips, please?
I just unroll and cut to what I need. Then I peel the paper part off, stick it to the tattoo, peel the harder plastic part off and the Saniderm is applied. Hope that helps
Can you clean the fresh tattoo with green soap then apply the Saniderm bandage? Will the green soap leave a soap film that will prevent the Saniderm from sticking?
Nope. If you do, it won’t stick. You are also creating the perfect, wet environment for bacteria to grow. Make sure after you wash it that you pat it dry, and then just let it air dry for a couple minutes and THEN apply the saniderm.

You have to dry your tattoo VERY good before applying the Saniderm. It won’t stick if it’s still wet
Is it okay to apply saniderm on your own even if you tattoo artist doesn't, also how well does it stick to finger tattoos?
Do u want to apply wit any ointment or the tattoo ? Or apply dry(witch hazel ) tattoo ?
Apply dry. No witch hazel, no anything. Wash, clean, and dry the tattoo…then apply Saniderm.
Trust me always shave were the film is being applied
