Combat Bo - Angles of Attack and Striking Directions (fighting/realistic staff)

Today you'll learn the 8 angles of attack. These are the most efficient angles to use when using a bo in a fighting/combat situation. We also talk about the 4 planes of striking, or striking directions.

Thanks for sharing this! I'm trying to learn how to use a bo staff properly, and sometimes it gets pretty difficult because I only watch it on videos and many times they're not well explained... This doesn't happen with you, you explained it very well, I got everything you said, now I just have to practice until I master this basic movements :D
