The 3 Basic Combat Bo Blocks (and Sparring Drill)

Here, we will learn the 3 basic combat blocks. These are blunt force defensive blocks. Opposed to parrying/deflecting style blocks.
-High Block
-Low Block
-Side Block

Hm. How to drill bad habbits. But it's okay to not try to simulate real bo principles but to adjust to a toy. So thank you for the point of view.
