    for basically the same price as the 3050 you can buy a 6650XT and that would perform significantly better, i know because i used to own a 1660 super(slight slower than a 3050)and now have a 6650XT + i also have a 12100F, no bottleneck at all

    I made my daughter a budget pc for fortnite for around $300. It even has an aquarium matx case. I got a qiyida ed4 mobo combo, 8gb rx580, e5 2667 v3, 512gb wd ssd. It can play the finals, xdefiant, rocket league, poppy playtime, fortnite. I'm Surprises at how good it runs.

      That sounds like a great deal! I did this build completely new, but probably could’ve saved $100+ if I went used

    if it fit i would recomment using the Coolermaster q300L v2 as the case, its super cheap, looks amazing and supersmall

    Hey man not a bad video, but a tip, when you're going with a budget, make each part fit in with the budget, you can easily make it a dual channel ram instead of having a 1 terabyte ssd and just always list what the part is, don't go over it alot so the people watching don't get bored.

    • @razmj1031

      Oh and personally I would go with an amd card on budget builds since they have more fps on the dollar, and 6gb of vram in 2024 isn't the best, 8gb is the minimum

    Dual channel memory is way better than a single stick, even if the price difference is there. It a worth while investment, great build tho

    you only need to get 2-3 parts used and the price / performance is insane.

  • @MrJerppu

    Should've switched out the windows key for either another stick of 16gb for 32gb of dual channel or went for 16gb of dual channel 8 gb sticks.

    • @Bryc3long
      @Bryc3long  2 месяца назад

      I went with 2 sticks of ram, 16x2 - 32gb total

    RX6600 would have been the same price with like 25%+ more performance.

      Definitely would be nice paired with a Ryzen 5 chip. The chip would’ve pushed this over $600 however

    What a super strange way to say 12100. Ive never heard someone call it a 1 2100 its i3 12 100. As 2nd buying 1 16gb stick of ram instead of 2 2x8 sticks causes u to actually lose performance. Maybe not a huge huge difference bjt nonetheless ur still missing out of performance by not going dual channel ram

  • @Booth73
    @Booth73 2 месяца назад

    Also the 3050 has 2 different versions a 6gb and a 8gb version and the 6gb version is super cut down and actually the way worse version of the 3050. So if people follow this guide plz buy the 8gb version of it and save urself some hassle. The 6gb version is actually really really bad compared to the 8gb version

      @@Booth73you’re all good, i definitely recommend anyone building this goes with the 8gb card and sticking with dual channel 16gb or 32gb ram

    • @Booth73
      @Booth73 2 месяца назад

      @Bryc3long yeah it makes a massive difference. Even the difference between the 2 cards is a lot wider gap than it should be. That 6gb card is just complete trash.

      @Bryc3long holy balls did u just call Lemar Jackson the GOAT? Hee not even close to being in the goat conversation. I mean mahomes is a way better qb that Jackson and man I hate even saying that. But the GOAT is 100% Tom Brady and that's something else I hate to admit bc im a bills fan

      @@mrnothere9542 look on micro center you can get a 3070 for 250 and a 3080 for 400 from there certified refurbished. if you really want to go with amd they have a 7800x36 motherboard 32gbs ddr5 ram and the 7900xtx for 999 then you just gotta get a budget case and good psu and maybe some fans and you got a beast build

    • @Bryc3long
      @Bryc3long  2 месяца назад

      You could even base your build off a prebuilt system in that price range. Reason being those systems are typically balanced and don’t have bottlenecking issues
