I sleep so well when I do this flow in the evening. Thank you Nic for the great verbal descriptions of body placements. I don't need to crane my neck to look at the screen because I don't get lost during the flow.
More hands-free practices! My wrists get really sensitive in the wintertime, making yoga really difficult to do as a daily practice. These kinds of practices are amazing for me! 💜

This class was awesome! I'd love to see a 20-30 min version of this class. I'm currently dealing with a shoulder injury that makes it very difficult to practice.

Quick question out to anyone: when doing a forward fold, do you keep your spine straight throughout or is it okay to curve your spine while folding?
You can do either. If you want more of a stretch in your legs keep the spine straight. To feel it more in your back round the spine.
Hey Nico. I was wondering if you could do a longer and more challenging hands-free practice. It would be nice to get a bit of a workout when my wrists can't handle a lot.
