I wouldn’t buy any watch that had a dark dial and polished hands. They are impossible to read the time. Personally I like the 5226G, it’s different from anything else in the Calatrava range, more casual and gets more wear but rose/gold and a light dial is the classic look. I’d just put it down to if you want a classic dress watch go with the 6119R, no date, manual winding and small seconds. If you want something more versatile then go with 5226G but you do have other watches for that. Case on the 5227R is nice but I think the others beat it.
Did you have to reupload this? Or am I having deja vu?
Am i the only one seeing well used watch bands on those pateks ?
I like the 6119 R a bit more. Put my name down for a 5226 today.
The spiromax is still a bit off of Rolex precision. +3/-2s vs +2/-2s although very close
Both pedestrian compared to Omegas spirate system. 0/+2. Incredible engineering.
@@mendipfox1650 here’s the deal, the issue with 0/+2s is over a month the time can be 30s-60s fast. That’s not good.
What about the 5212a, buddy?
I prefer the Vacheron Traditionelle self winding white gold, much rarer
I like the red gold better, more traditional, dressy and flashy at the same time.
In Prestons We Trust! Thanks so much for pointing us followers in this direction Brendan. 🙏
