PILATES BALL WORKOUT -
You’ll begin in a seated position on the ball for a short Pilates warmup and move with balance exercises. Then you’ll progress down to the mat to continue to move through an entire full body Pilates workout using the stability ball.
From moving with exercises to strengthen the back, abs, legs and arms, this is an effective total body Pilates workout in just over 20 minutes.
This is a slower paced 20 minute mat Pilates class so that you have time to feel more stable with the exercise ball.
