Hopefully there would be a PART 2 for this (kinda sad that Jollibee there is expensive, you can get the whole menu for that price in our country and no more long drives since any direction you point there would be Jollibee) If you plan on making a PART 2 I'll list down a guide for you: - Chicken Joy: I'd recommend the spicy one as it got the flavor, but if you aint into spicy food, try the original. If you can, both always try the original first. After tasting both try them with gravy, and then pair with adobo/plain rice. - Filipino Spaghetti: It's an acquired taste, this is a Filipino style, very different from Italian traditional one. It's on the sweet side as the main audience of Jollibee in the PH are kids, so it is made for their taste bud. It's a childhood treat for many. If you ever ask why it tastes so different from the Italian one, I'd recommend reading the history of it, it's a good story to share. Please when you get this be open minded that it wont be like the Italian Spaghetti. - Burger Steak: good with rice and mashed potato (personal preference). Many westerners don't see the steak appetizing enough but it got that pepper-savory taste. It's good when paired with rice - Halo-Halo: if this is available, please do consider trying it. But make sure to mix it thoroughly or you wont get the full experience of it - Ube Pie: if available, a very subtle sweet purple yam (Ube is sweeter than taro) pie - Chicken Sandwich: always tryna get the spicy one, instead of pickles they added jalapenos for some extra heat, make sure to ask not to be stingy on the spicy mayo. I've seen food reviews that don't have much mayo on it. - Pineapple Quencher: if you like fruity drinks, this is for ya! - Additionally, the palabok fiesta usually have a lemon packet that you can drizzle on the palabok and mix it, it elevates the taste.
