BIG Shoutout to the jollibee cebu capital location, and everyone who were part of this video... especially the students that I coerced into doing a fake laugh 🤣🤣🤣
As a Cebuano living in Korea, I 100% agree that Jollibee should have at least 1 branch here. I LOVE Korean fried chicken, but sometimes, I just want a little taste of home in the form of maybe 2 or 3 peach mango pies. Also, how crazy is it that you went to the specific Jollibee that my friends and I always went to in high school?! Love your content, hope you enjoyed your time in the Philippines!
The grassy fragrance that you mentioned was actually because of the "PANDAN", that Filipinos normally use for dessert and putting it as well when we cook rice to add flavor and make it more aromatic.

From what I heard, the tuna pie is a seasonal special that caters to devout Catholics who strictly observe abstinence from meat on Fridays. It also usually disappears from menus sometime during or after Easter.

Here in the US, we are able to buy the Burger Steak. It comes with mashed potatoes and their gravy. The only thing we do not have here is the Tuna Pie.Although, the chicken sandwich is fried chicken breast. The batter on the chicken herre is a bit thicker and crispier. The spread for the burgers/sandwiches here is Umami Mayonnaise. We do not have the floats but have a pineapple drink. Thier dessert pies are half the size of the ones here as US tends to over indulge.

6:57 Hi Dooby~ they have another variety for the chicken sandwich, where they actually serve it with a whole chicken fillet instead of the minced one. I personally like that version more than the minced because it's crispy on the outside and the meat is juicy (it's like Chickenjoy, but fillet version)! Anyway, glad you enjoyed Jollibee in the Philippines! 🥰
Thank you for using our sign of respect, "PO". Even my kids that their parents are naturally Filipinos does not know our culture regarding respecting the elders. My niece, both parents are Filipinos, born in the U.S. just told me profanity directly without any hesitation out of anger. In my younger years, I never can imagine telling my aunt such a thing. TOO SAD!!
you can actually ask for more gravy at the counter for free . and most filipinos do get more gravy than the usual serving to make it as a "soup" on their rice but be careful of sodium content your blood pressure will surely shoot up once you make "gravy soup" on your rice
Somebody finally said it! Thank you! YES! Jollibee spaghetti tastes like Japanese Napolitan, that's how I always tell my Japanese friends how Filipino spaghetti tastes like. Love from OSAKA❤

Peach mango pies originally came in a bigger size but to make it more affordable or to appeal more as a side order they made a smaller version which became the standard size. It’s been a while since my last visit but from what I remember the bigger size should still be available you just need to note that you want the bigger one.

Never had jollibee but one just opened nearby and I gotta go now! Also love the way you called out the absolute freaks violating their food to put your humor in perspective - you gotta do you
6:57 Hi Dooby~ they have another variety for the chicken sandwich, where they actually serve it with a whole chicken fillet instead of the minced one. I personally like that version more than the minced because it's crispy on the outside and the meat is juicy (it's like Chickenjoy, but fillet version)! Anyway, glad you enjoyed Jollibee in the Philippines! 🥰
Thank you for visiting The Philippines and showcasing our food and culture in your channel, more power to you!

"Aw yeah, demolish me..."
Grandma: Oi, what are you watching?
Me: Thicc thighs Grandma...
Not me watching this video at 7am wanting Jollibees now 😭😭
you got issues and I love it
Hahaah same
Woah didn’t expect you to try some pinoy foods. And you also came in PH.
It was a dream I loved it so so much
@@Doobydobap Thank you for quality videos you’re uploading. Stay safe and God bless. 👊🏼Salamat dooby🙏
Try Mang Inasal. Sinigang sabaw with roast chicken is to die for. Plus unlimited refils on sabaw AND rice You can't go wrong!
Really?)
Somebody finally said it! Thank you! YES! Jollibee spaghetti tastes like Japanese Napolitan, that's how I always tell my Japanese friends how Filipino spaghetti tastes like. Love from OSAKA❤
love you dooby 🫰 you inspire me so much 🫰
First time viewer. I saw her on Jessica Lee's channel. I like this woman's personality.
They also have breakfast offerings if you come before 10am, try their beef tapa breakfast joys or even their signature chickenjoy it goes well with garlic fried rice and fried egg
Dooby looks like a local in the Philippines 😅
She looks pretty much like a Filipina 😂
tan & toasty ;) I love it so much here

YAYYYYYYYYY LIVE LAUGH LOVE DOOBYDOBAP AND JOLLIBEEEEEE!!!!!!!
amen
Good review, BUT… the Pancit Palabok is not a hidden menu item, its a standard menu item that’s been on there since the mid-80’s.
Subscribed! I'm really happy with this entire video i had to follow! And yes to being the SK Jollibee ambassador! Haha and i can't wait for more PH videos to come! Thank you Doobi
i dont know why this video made me particularly emotional lol. i already knew you loved jollibee but the fact that you really took the time to explain the flavor profile together with some history here and there to provide context is very appreciated! i dont know if you are still here in the Philippines but i hope you had the best time, eating all the yummy foods and enjoyed all our beautiful beaches :).
Welcome to our country unnie🥰🥰
🐝 I’m bee-side myself laughing. As you drone on and on about the Queen of fast food 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🍯
Loved your energy throughout the video and its quite contagious. Kinda wish I watched this during work after burning out instead of 130am in the morning
her energy is so contagious, she inspired me to try my own RUclips channel where I hope that I can also share my passion for cooking and just my messy life
I'd eat that ube cheese pie for merienda (afternoon snack) rather than for dessert. Love your videos Dooby! Please don't stop making them. ❤
Peach mango pies originally came in a bigger size but to make it more affordable or to appeal more as a side order they made a smaller version which became the standard size. It’s been a while since my last visit but from what I remember the bigger size should still be available you just need to note that you want the bigger one.
Never tried jollibees but there food looks so good Omg 😭😋🤤
Rice + Gravy goated
