- Manon is joined by Katie, Maddie, Caer, and Morgan for a short, sweet 15-minute workout! After a warm up manon will take us through intervals of all-out efforts and rests. This a great session for when you're short on time but want to get your sweat on! 🥵

I love these training videos! I did Mauna Kea (biggest climb on Earth) this weekend and had no fatigue at all. These videos contributed to my success and my fresh legs throughout the whole ride.

Jumped on this session after finishing Connor’s most recent 40 minute session because I wanted more. I thought this session was fairly easy because the efforts are so short. I understand how many people only have time for short sessions. I hoped y’all will produce longer sessions 40-60 minutes in the future.

I walked a total of over 9,700 steps yesterday, for me, with a tendon lengthening on my legs, a good number of steps, I'm trying to stay fit with that... Relatively new to this, been spinning 4 days a week doing 10 miles climb/descent programs for the last 6 months, i can sustain a cadience of around 105-110 for the duration which at best i have been able to do in 24 mins, once sub 24. Might start doing this short 15 min sessions, wondering if i maybe overdoing it im not exactly a young person anymore.
First time doing any of sessions 😮 wow thanks heaps. Is there a video with stretches?

3rd time I’ve done this what do peoples heart rate get to mine got to about 150bpm. At martial arts my heart rate goes up to 177

Id love to hear your thoughts on the lactate zone 2 workout for onlver all metabolic health. Maybe this is outsiyour training parameters as it tends to be quite slow and , let's be real relatively boring l. However, the medical evidence seems compelling. Would be amazing to see a few videos based on the concept. Avid and long term admirer of your work, irrespective of what my body tells me afterwards.
