Fingerprint sensor requires you to hold down for a millisecond longer than galaxy and you get throgh on first press every time. Im not going go complain about a millisecond. I disagree with some of your points in your review here. The camera on the Pixel is still way better compared to the iPhone 15 pro and S24u and my friends with iPhones prefer to use my pixel 8p to take pictures. The only thing the pixel is still bad at is taking videos. You don't need 120hz while using Facebook or Twitter 🙄 processor needs to be better but the pixel is still buttery smooth and fast while using it.

    8:40 "But with the Pixel you hear that constantly." Because it's people's subjective opinion, especially RUclipsrs, and Techies. There is a clear difference between the 8 and the Pro 8 that everyone can see and experience. I don't hear the regular man on the street with such an opinion. They just buy what is popular or what they like, prefer, and are accustomed to. They also buy what they can afford at the time. 8:55 "A bigger screen, a bigger battery, and an extra camera isn't enough of a difference to justify the 8 pro price tag of a thousand dollars" Why? That is an opinion! Their competitors have the same identical setup between their phones. Why is it justifiable or perceived justification for them to have a huge price difference between their standard and pro/ultra phones? How much is the price difference between the iPhone 15 and its Pro max counterpart? How much is the price difference between S24 and its Ultra counterpart? Both models of the Pixel 8 are cheaper than their competitors in the U.S. and the price difference between their models.

    • @Obscura-Materia
      @Obscura-Materia 4 месяца назад +2

      @@CallMeKJOS the chipset and that's it. The rest is no different to what google did to justify their 200 price difference between the 8 and the 8 Pro models. For example look at the difference between the 15 pro and pro max! It's identical to the 8 and the 8 pro. (If google had done that with their chipset you all would have been up in arms.) The chip in the standard 15s is from the 14 pro. Outdated! Now tell me what justifies the huge price difference between the G 24 and the ultra.

    Personally, I love my Pixel 8 Pro. Easily the smoothest and cleanest smartphone I have ever owned. The design is also top tier for me 👍🏻 I rarely do anything intensive on my phone like gaming or video processing, so I don't notice any performance differences with other flagships. However, given the price tag, I do agree that they should at least set a standard with the performance for those that want to get every bit of their dollar's worth. Hopefully with Pixel 9, they resolve this.

    Hi. May i ask about the video boost on google Phone? Is it the same with the HDR10+ on the S24 series? Right?

    • @NizarNoor
      @NizarNoor 4 месяца назад

      No, it's not the same. Pixel 8 Pro also has 10-bit HDR mode. Video Boost is something completely separate.

    if Google ever gave the construction of its processors to tsmc or Qualcomm, it would be the most perfect phone in the world, I think it would make the shade to Samsung and other big leaders in the market.

      I was on Twitter the period it started around 2010/2011. Been a user since. It's hard for me to start calling something after a decade another name entirely.
