What a change ,I remember when I lived in punawale in a rented apartment,there were only 2 buildings Dsk kung and rudraksh apartments back in 2015 , don't know why miss those days 😢

They just told the price of 2bhk is over 70 lacs in all the projects. However project like aishwaryum insignia, Legacy Milestone n My Home offer 2bhk at around 60 lacs . I don't understand that why they wanted to set a narative that 2bhk in 70 lacs or more is normal in punawale which is not the case certainly.

Shahbaz sir ji, you are correct, you'll get a 2bhk flat around 60L(now that also won't possible) but carpet will be around 650 only, if you want more than 650 carpet then price will goes to 70L and more, I'm resident of Punawale since 3 years.
According to me investing in flats is waste, if you buy for your own use, then it's okay but I don't prefer it as real estate unless and until it is land.
still some issues there no public transportation, no BRT road , dust&road condition are poor , drainage during rainy, single underpass ag highway to large traffic, not widen road , not direct connecting to hinjewadi

Hello Sir, I have purchased 2 BHK in Kumar Goldmine 3 years ago. RERA Date is 30th March 2025 but they haven’t completed that much work yet. Could you please help me ?… I am living in another Flat on Rent due to this because while purchasing flat they told me you will get Flat in December 2024 no matter what. In Kumar we deliver projects way before time. I feel cheated now. Please comment and give guidance.

They just told the price of 2bhk is over 70 lacs in all the projects. However project like aishwaryum insignia, Legacy Milestone n My Home offer 2bhk at around 60 lacs .
I don't understand that why they wanted to set a narative that 2bhk in 70 lacs or more is normal in punawale which is not the case certainly.

SaudaGhar ने उन्हीं प्रोजेक्ट्स को कवर करने की कोशिश की है, जिनकी रिक्वेस्ट सबसे ज्यादा आई थीं। अब उनमें जो कीमतें हैं, वही दिखा सकते हैं, उसे कम या ज्यादा तो नहीं कर सकते।
वैसे, हाईवे के ईस्ट साइड के प्रोजेक्ट्स अभी कवर नहीं हुए हैं, लेकिन आने वाले वीडियो में इन्हें और बाकी प्रोजेक्ट्स को भी कवर करने का प्रयास रहेगा।

Agree with your comment the pricing which you mentiined that is not correct. Don't devitae the buyers because we are trusting you on your saudagar channel more. Just in bhumkar chowk VJ launched the pricing around 80-85L
Shahbaz sir ji, you are correct, you'll get a 2bhk flat around 60L(now that also won't possible) but carpet will be around 650 only, if you want more than 650 carpet then price will goes to 70L and more, I'm resident of Punawale since 3 years.

Punawale is the worst place to buy. I visited 90% of the property. No sunlight, no ventilation, Narrow road...Not worth.
