When Barbara was born, the doctor said "she's out."
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
She's been out ever since
From that moment she misunderstood her name is “out” so the whole time Barbara thinks shes proclaim her real name
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥵🥴🤤
it should be when she was born the first thing she said is: iam out
Im shocked Robert is capable of sounding like a train whistle.
Trains have horns, not whistles
@@pokemontradingcardgamecoll5934 I'm referring to older trains, which regardless, sounded like a whistle.
LOL!!!
@@pokemontradingcardgamecoll5934 damn you would be so fun at party
@@pokemontradingcardgamecoll5934 we all know nobody likes you. No need to flaunt it.
They came looking for Robert and Mark. Obviously Mark already has a foot in the market, but when entrepreneurs pick one shark to demo their product, it's not by chance. At the end of the day, Robert had experienced the product, Robert offered more cash for less equity, and Robert had already done an advertisement and testimonial through his demo. Good moves!
Robert is also the only Shark who will try each and every product, no questions asked.
@@msau9747 This is true. If you aren't targeting anyone specifically, but still want a shark demo, Robert is the most enthusiastic about any product and gives the best commercial. But for products like Numilk or Grind, Mark was specifically asked to give the demo because Mark was already targeted for those spaces.
Damn. Y’all people smart
Robert tries literally every product. Quit acting like you’re making some sort of profound analysis it’s just cringe
@@swimfan752 except Robert didn't volunteer; he was specifically asked. Just Iike Mark was asked to demo Numilk, Kevin was asked to demo Bertolo's, and Daymond was asked to demo Phoozy. They didn't even need a shark to demo these, but they still made that choice. Most entrepreneurs aren't dumb. If they already know who they'd like to go with, the demo helps persuade that shark and gets the promotional ball rolling.
Robert getting in it made me laugh. He's a good sport.
He's definitely having a lot of fun! Any Shark who goes on Dwts is living!
I felt his pain
After the Mark's frustration he was still able to deliver a "congratulations guys" as usual with a smile on his face. Just respect for this man
I feel bad for mark. His offer is basically unlimited interest free loan for mass production. With that kind of loan, you can build million of the product with mark money and no need to pay interest for that massive loan. They could be giant in their field in no time long before someone could enter their market. Plus mark is the right shark for the industries. 3% more equity than robert but who cares. Mark bring so much to the table he deserve that 15% equity. The company could make more profit due to mass production funded by mark
Robert offer 1.2m loan with interest which mean less profit for the company. They has to pay the interest for 1.2m loan. The loan is not special because it just same rate with bank. Mark offer beyond 1.2m loan with no interest charges
Robert paid 2.4m. 1.2m to buy 12% of the company and other 1.2% as a loan. Crazy good offer if you ask me, way better than Marks.
@@mutahati766 how so? Mark offered unlimited money for orders with 0 interest
tell him to come up with a better line
he is always .... this is not for me "for THOSE REASONS i am out"
I love that they came looking for Robert and he got the deal. I feel he gets ignored a lot

Robert gets so enthusiastic about products, when he makes a deal there's no doubt that he's bringing passion to the table.
But not investment. He drops out of more than half his deals. Way more than all the other sharks
@@TheArccoreI'd hardly say "way less". The only validated source (Forbes) is fairly outdated (7 years old) and says 45% of Robert's deals close. Everyone else (except Mark) still has than 60% of deals closing. In terms of sheer numbers, Lori actually dropped out of the most deals.

@@kamankat Im sorry you didn't but when one door closes another one opens
My only problem with Robert is he always gets so butthurt and petty when the other sharks try to make a deal after he’s made one. He tends to seem to take things personally a lot of the time.

The thing I love about Robert is that he's always willing to try out a product no matter what it is, he's so fun and enthusiastic
I couldn't help but be taken aback "it's $4800 so very affordable" 🤣
I’m saying! Affordable for who??😂🤦🏽♀️
My last car was half that price 😂
I think us who can't afford it in price are also not able to afford it in our living spaces, so all good 😂
Yeah lol I guess the class of people who would likely be in the market for something like this would have the financial means and the physical space
Seriously - how did no one care to discuss that? Certinaly there's a very tiny portion of population that cares enough about this AND can even afford it (instead of just using ice...)
the look on Mark's face when Robert got the deal is priceless loll :D
😡😡😲😲😐😐😐
He thought they would still choose him even tho the equity was higher
@@hearthagram to be fair , with his offer funding POs , they won't need to dilute themselves
I think Mark would be difficult to work with. He's a "know it all" so you'd basically be working for him. He'd act like your boss, not your partner.
I love how mark is a good sport about it
I love to hear Mark's very sincere "congratulations" at the end of every deal. It's very heartwarming
Robert finally beat Mark, and Mark looked really sour about it.
I love it!
and they did the best thing to target him. Mark would have been awful because he has so many things on his portfolio that he can't give them the time and attention they need. Bigger shark doesn't mean the faster and more agile...
mark is a charity billionaire
I love Robert's enthusiasm to try things out hahaha
In this case, he was the best option, that's why everyone looked at him
He’s so funny!
Robert is a gem, protect him at all cost.
Mark: “I can’t blame you”
Kevin: “I can, I’ll do the blaming!”
I’m deceased 💀
2:35 Got robert sounding like Marv from home alone when he got electrocuted LOL 😂
mark thought he had it in the bag, you could tell he was surprised for a split second because he was sure they would take his offer for more equity.

Cold plunges have made an insane difference in my health and pain level post spinal surgery. This is incredible, I’m glad Robert saw the value in this concept and I’m getting one of these 😂
Why? Some ice and a bath tub is literally all you need.

watching it go from robert in the plunge to kevin talking about what the show is actually meant to be is like going from free time in a class to doing the work
Lol I think Barbara has started to hear that she doesn't give offers to anyone so she came out here with an awful offer that there was no way they were going to take.
I'm Barbara, I don't always make offers when I go out, but when I do, I still go out.
hey craig you realize this episode is years old??
@@jacobs50572 months late but it released in march 2022?
The entire time after the plunge Robert was smiling and in a better/more energetic mood than his normal demeanor.
I would’ve went with Mark hands down..He owns a NBA team so bringing in cold plunge vs ice bags would be very lucrative
yes but how many do they actually need
@@Bruno-tw2ng how many teams are there in the NBA? How about lower levels?
“year to date, we did 4.9 million.”

Because you can make $10 million on 1% margins net take home is only $10,000. *economics*
24million no after only 6months
@@Justinlearns whoa 😮
It's certainly impressive numbers, but at the end of the day, it's all about the P&L sheet. 4.9MM revenue isn't impressive, if your expenses exceed that.
You can see the frastration on Mark's face when Robert gets the deal!
Barbara: "I don't need to sit in this silly tub to be a cold person. For that reason, I'm out."
😂LOL
But she was in 😢
She gave the guys the cold shoulder.
Lol. These Barbra takes make me laugh all the time. Continue the good work guys.
I love Robert. Love his character.
This is actually one of the better “High end” products I’ve seen. Not only does filling your tub not get you to the temperature you’re looking for but even if it did in the cold months but your own body temperature is going to bring it back up and like they said you’re draining it right after. Even if you used a horse trough and ice trying to keep the water clean would be such a hassle.
Haven't gone off this video yet to research but it's kinda odd that they never showed how the temperature is set nor did they explain how it keeps the temperature, if it even does. That seems pretty expensive tech for a tub and I am honestly surprised that they didn't attemlt to get both Robert and Mark because if my thinking is right, that kinda tub is pretty damn expensive to run and so the target market isn't exactly the average consumer.
Mark is NOT used to losing deals lmao
Why is Robert so cute like how old is he? 45? 50? He has a baby face! Idk why but this grown man is so cute he reminds me of a baby 😂 I love the authentic reaction to him throwing himself into icy water. I bet he was the only shark that offered to do it because he’s in shape
HES SOOOO CUTE he jumps around with so much enthusiasm all the time 🥲 ❤️ and he’s handsome lol he’s def one of my favourite sharks
ya hes a little qt pie (; lmao@@88xxx
Nothing is better than when Mr. Wonderful starts belly laughing 😂
I can think of plenty of things better than the sight of that, beginning with a colonoscopy.
"I just saw Robert in the tub, and for that reason, I'm out" - Barbara
This is the absolute greatest clip of sharks tank I've ever seen; watching Robert screaming in the water with a smile on his face brought me childish joy
lol he sounded Marv with the tarantula in Home Alone.
The look of sceptisism on Marks fast when they first walked in lol.
I'm surprised they didn't go with Mark just for the fact it could lead to Mark buying units for the Mavericks facility and that could lead to more teams in the nba following suit...and Mark could help expand it to football etc. But still good deal since you got an extra mil out of it
Mark said they already have it. There's already a market for sport/professional cold plunge. This business is more for the local spas or home cold plunge market.
Think of the potential buyers - resorts, gyms, spas, hotels and sports clubs. They’ll definitely sell. Should’ve picked Mark though... he has more contacts in the industry.
2:37 I'm having flashbacks to Home Alone 1 when Marv gets the tarantula placed on his face. 😆
I love Robert, always excited and never hesitant even to dance with the pitchers even their mascots LOL.
The way Kevin laughs omg 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Damn, Robert finally beat Mark for once. I bet Mark is salty over it XD
The best salty reaction when Chris Sassa beat Marks by increased the valuation.
Robert’s yells remind me of the guy from home alone when he grabs the handles with electricity
I love how as soon as a shark goes out (Lori in this case) they become the spokesperson to the audience.
Ok this is all very comical. Robert is always the one who tries stuff out as Mark sits there and tells him what to do 😆 🤣 😂
About time they uploaded this one. This is my favorite Pitch involving Robert.
Good choice. Always go with the one who is more excited and supportive of the product/company
Robert sounding like Mrs. Doubtfire in the tub, lol
I still would have gone with Mark's offer. His immediate and direct access to everyone in the NBA... would have resulted in millions of dollars in sales to players in a heartbeat. That being said... you would think that Robert could help them figure this out as well. Well done.
Well, after 6 months, it has now 24Million net worth.
Robert sounded like Marv from Home Alone 🤣
I laughed so hard when Robert jumps in the tub 🤣🤣🤣 That reaction haha
I always liked robert over the other sharks. Even when he dislikes a brand hes still more friendly about it. And when he really likes a company hes just a cool bro like this.
Both Rob and Mark are great sharks 🦈 to work with. Both great offers! I would have went with Mark just simply because his to connection to athletic organizations and athletes. But a win win for those guy congratulations 🙌
That was a very smart offer by Robert...2.4 mill so its more appealing to them but made in a way he will get his money back no matter what.
Unless they go belly up
are you kidding, i would have picked mark ANY DAY, he can easily help push that to all teams or even help create a commercial version that can become gold standards for not only NBA but all sports teams in America, plus all the players buying their own and can help put it in commercial gyms and so on.
I completely agree. They could have made a better decision by going for Mark given his portfolio. What a shame.
Good thinking
Yup. Robert is a security expert. I doubt he could market this to the appropriate buyers.
@REDZ - re: "are you kidding...." 1. NO! No "kidding" here! 2. Those guys chose Robert, due to their being on the show with their product. 3. Get going with your own product, to pitch to Mark(with a capital M!)
Robert is fine. After 6 months, the company is now worth 24Million
he yells like marv from home alone lol
I love the look on Marks face anytime someone tries to pitch any sort of product that claims weight loss or any sort of boost in health and wellness
I would have 100% went with Mark! He had sports connections
I would of tried to get both
@@mohamedhussein2780 both deals were uniquely different and risked loosing both sharks in case the talks took any longer.
Loved every minute of this. Robert had me dying 😭😂
The things these sharks would do for the show, it’s amazing and hats off to them!
"The big ice cube in the room" love Mr. Wonderful puns
I’ve built one for 400 dollars, and had it for over 2 years:
1. Buy a freezer where you can fit (I bought mine for $350).
2. Use sealer to seal the edges on the inside of the freezer.
3. Connect a timer socket to the wall and set it to turn on from 1-4 hours depending where you live or time of the year.
4. Done! Cold water all day everyday and does not need to be plugged to the water.
Drain the water by creating a siphon sucking on a hose and putting it below the level of the freezer (I do this every 2 months to clean it, it doesn’t really get dirty).
this is the way
i thought the same. i have a tub. so all i need is water. and a cooler and seal it. 5k$ sounds insane
Kevin s laugh the best. Robert is hilarious 😂
3:37 Mr. Wonderful always waits until he has a witty line to chime in 😂
MARK IS MY FAVORITE SHARK. Hes firm in what he believes and he even got frustrated in that but still was able to give kudos.
I’m surprised people would pay $5k for this, vs $10 worth of ice in a bath, gonna take long time to get your money back
Its for a different niche
I'm a D1 athlete with a full scholarship plus perks. If I ask the college for a new machine, they buy it for me. I'm obviously gonna ask them to purchase something like this, rather than putting ice in my bathtub like I've been doing since freshman year
If you do them often then it pays for itself over the Hassel of driving to the store, buying ice, driving home, bringing the ice upstairs before it melts...etc...
@@blueapple9077 I mean you can buy an ice machine for your house…with a filtration system.
@@jairofernandez4361 Can't set the temperature easily also does it cost a lot less?
That scream is so real and terrifying 🤣.

Definitely a new fan of Robert from this lol. Shows his inner child I feel.
Barbara: “I think this product is amazing and could really make millions, maybe even billions. You are the right person for this product and an amazing salesperson, I think I’m the right shark for the job to launch this product into orbit, and for those reasons I’m out”.
“This tub is $4500 so it’s very affordable”
For 2032. When theres Elon musk's design available for the NFL teams games
It's all relative. For a speciality piece of equipment, it's really not too bad. There's a place by my house that has something like this, it's $30+ a session
I mean to be fair that's actually not bad for a high quality tub lol
A piece of home exercise equipment (like a good treadmill, for example) costs about the same or more.
Learn about relativity. A car can cost around 8000 and it's still considered cheap.
That scream was amazing. Like Home Alone dude AL

:D :D :D I was wondering if I heard wrong.. 480 or 4800.. Who will buy that when you can just fill up your bath with cold water and add ice if you need colder (you can buy that forms for ice and stock in the freezer after every use).
apple sells like crazy to this day and look at their prices - the product doesnt matter, people pay.
That, “SHADDUP!” From Robert gives me pure joy- XD
I have a ton of respect for Robert. I had the chance to hear his story and how he came to be from a company sponsored event in California. He is a genuine person. I’ll never be at his level of success but I’m grateful God blessed him and his family with what he’s done.

I definitely would have taken Mark's deal though. Even though he's first dollar meaning they wouldn't really make anything, he owns a sports team. He has the ability to spread the product to all professional teams . Plus a possibility of endorsement from a professional athlete.
These are really homebased units - I think that Pro Teams use therapy vessels.
