Have heard about "Adodo Bao"? It's served at the Yankees Stadium - about 750 of these are sold every game.

Pork belly is the best part of pork for Adobo but if you are health conscious you can use pork butt or Boston butt which is less fat.

Well, if I cooked adobo, I make sure to get the oil + garlic after the meat is completely obliterated by my family and friends.... ha ha ha ha..... I use the adobo oil + garlic to make an adobo flavored fried rice :D :D :D

Adobow is so common in the Philippines. It's like food for poor people. I don't know what Mericans go loca about Adobow.

No food is for poor or rich. Good food is good food. If you think some food is for poor people only, ask a rich person why he eats pizza or sausage?

Wtf. Eating rice and pork adobo with a fork and knife should be illegal. Just get a spoon and maybe even a fork if your having trouble. Knifes are for fighting haha

He's one of those Filipinos that either migrated or was born outside of the Philippines and suddenly thinks they're better than everyone else back home. Sadly, there's a lot of them.
