Came in for oil leak but the radiator is the main issue

Old Jimmy has a bit of oil coming from from the front crank seal but the rad was empty and the corrosion and junk in the rad was pretty bad. Dex cool is the orange coolant and when it breaks down it gets acidic and starts eating the engine… I would imagine the heater core is pretty bad too.
