  • Why didn't I know that before? I just mixed milk and butter and got cream. The cream recipe is very simple. The cream is looser when whipped, but can also be used for cakes and desserts. Be sure to try the cooking
    Ingredients:
    100 g (6 tbsp) butter
    150 ml (3/4 cup) milk
    Milk and butter must be of animal origin.

    Если добела растереть с сахаром мягкое сливочное масло, а потом понемногу добавлять молоко до нужной густоты, то и заморачиваться не придется😁. Крем будет отличный и не рыхлый

    Wow! I did not know that! every morning I whisk about 4 table spoons of butter in with a cup of hot milk, of course its home made cannabutter :") I am going to be feasting on this recipe before the sun sets.. thanks mate.

    I put milk and butter in my mashed/whipped potatoes. This might make them more creamy and light. It's pretty crazy to see how that worked.

    сначало было молоко, потом его сепарировали получили сливки и обрат (обезжиренное молоко). Сливки постояли и из них сделали масло., от которого тоже отделилась сыворотка Теперь берем масло и добавляем молоко, получаем сликви =) Вопрос, почему сразу не взять хорошие сливки?

    I guess this is good to know in the case of an emergency when there might be a shortage of cream. But then, if we ever get to the point of a shortage of cream, most certainly there will be a shortage of butter and milk too.

    я просто брал хорошую домашнюю сметану и разбавлял молоком. получались отличные сливки. взбивал сливки и делал мороженное пломбир.

    You can make butter by using cold heavy cream, a jar with a lid. and a certain amount of shaking until the water separates from the solids. Add some salt if you wish. I did this with a kindergarten group and then enjoyed the butter with some crackers.

      We also did this in kindergarten in Missouri to make butter by taking turns shaking heavy cream in a glass jar but our teacher made fresh bread rolls while we were making the butter. So delicious, good memories.

    Non lo sapevo nemmeno io! Sapevo fare il burro ma non il processo inverso. Lo proverò sicuramente perché mi capita spesso di non avere la panna, mentre latte e burro ci sono sempre nel frigo!!! Grazie per l’idea

    Next Video: Take Ice. Melt in pot. Add water. Cool. Use hand blender for 9 minutes. Cool in freezer. Take out next day. Melt. Put in bowl and use hand mixer for 5 minutes. pour in cup. throw down drain.

    Milk contains natural emulsifactants which will resuspend the butter fat as droplets in the milk, giving a product very much like cream. Never seen it done, thanks for posting.

    Do people realise that cows milk has the fat removed to make cream - the cream is used to make butter. Put the butter back into the milk and you have full fat milk, add more butter to make it into cream.

Everyone knows that milk and butter and cream doesn't come from real cows, real cows are cute and just like people, these things come from walmart and meijer, not from real animals... except the 2% milk, that comes from skinny cows.

      It isn't that easy, I tried just warming the milk with the butter and let it cool, and either I was sold not 100% real butter or you have to do it like this person.

    Unsalted butter is better and gelatin can be added to the warm milk to stabilise the cream. My mother used to do this many years ago.

    Al parecer la sobrebatió. Hay que ir con velocidad media unos minutos y luego vel.máxima, la idea es ir revisando la crema.

    So, basically it's reversing the natural process of making Creme Chantilly (WHIPPED CREAM).
    Question is WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE DO THAT?
    Makes more sense to simply go and buy either the finished product or get a carton of whipping cream and make it at home.
    Seems to me someone is trying to reinvent the wheel!

    The only way this makes sense is if you milk the cow and make the butter yourself, otherwise just buy it from the market or the farm.

      If you milked the cow then you would just skim off the cream you want. You would not make butter first.
      However if you lived in a situation where you wanted cream and could not get to a store for some reason, like lockdown, self isolation or distance, this would do the trick.
      Where I live the nearest store is over a half hour drive away. A big snowstorm can have you trapped for several days. Only go into town once a week normally. If I can stretch to 2, I do so. I always have canned milk and frozen butter. Normally fresh milk. But I do not normally buy whipping cream unless I have a reason.

    The perfect instruction to overheat and grind your kitchen tools (hand blender) to death. Most kitchen tools are not designed to be used for longer than 5 minutes at a time. Also the amount of mindless energy consumption is not worth the effort to create it.

What or who do you think you are?
