    Key Takeaways
    1. Don’t decide on a career path too early. Your interests and preferences will change over time and so will your career choices.
    2. Go and explore everything that an MBA offers before zeroing in on a career.
    3. There is a very strong correlation between 'do you enjoy your job?' and 'are you good at it?'.
    4. Be self-aware and take stock of how fulfilling and satisfying your work is. If it isn’t, leaving or changing your job can be a good decision.
    5. Working with the right people makes you more productive.
    6. What makes one person successful and others not, is no longer templatized after b-school.
    7. India is a talent constrained market - good people will always find a job, the not so good will not.
    8. If you’re a late bloomer but want to be a consultant, the only thing you should focus on is what is your spike.
    9. Ask for a lot of opinions; You make the decision.
    10. Doing an MBA can add a coveted b-school brand name to your CV, broadening job possibilities.
    11. Doing an MBA provides you with the skills to succeed.

I'm not sure whether MBA is for me but these conversations has immense knowledge which can be applied in whoever you work. I can listen to them for hours, specially Anirudh, ever since I read BCG case studies while in college. Excellent initiative guys!

A great platform for ideas. To improve the experience of the viewer it’s best not to have the Like & Subscribe animations to keep popping up. It takes away from the experience. Best to have those in the last 3 seconds, if you really feel that adds value.
