    The authentic and iconic restaurant style smoky grilled tandoori chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt along with spices in a tandoor (a cylindrical clay oven). The dish originated from the Punjab Province of British India and is now popular in many other parts of the world. It is a wonderful Starter as well as a Main course.
    Ingredients:
    Chicken - 2 kg each
    It’s a double marination process
    1st marination:
    Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon
    Ginger garlic paste - 3 tablespoons
    Black pepper crushed - 1 teaspoon
    Lemon juice - 1/2
    Salt - to taste
    Leave it for one hour
    2nd marination:
    Yogurt - 1 cup
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 4 tablespoons
    Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
    Mace powder - 1 pinch
    Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
    Kasuri methi - 1 pinch
    Lemon juice - 1/2
    Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
    Leave it for 3 hours
    Butter - 1 cube
    Mint chutney and salad for garnish
    Please apply melted butter after the preparation.
