    Entertaining build. My 9 yo daughter has never really seen much in the way of metal working and she walked in at the beginning and was completely hooked. Enjoyed explaining what each of the tools were and what you were doing with them. Thanks for helping create that moment.

    You should make your own mesh grill plates with the Diresta logo as the mesh, so that as the hot dogs cook they get branded

    One of the biggest takeaways from watching Jimmy throughout the years is “bring the work to the tool”. Hard to learn how to do safely but worth it. Be safe people and know your limits in the shop or you will learn

    Great build. Might have to do one for the shop. I have a mini griddle for my bacon and egg rolls at breakfast. Smoked minute steaks for lunch would go down a treat

    That is killer. Always wanted a custom built offset smoker. My friend and I were going to build one at some point but he committed suicide a couple of years ago. Miss him and miss working on metal projects with him. Keep it up Jimmy... you do fantastic work!!

    Two quick observations WAY early in my watch: I've meant to say it before, but that welding table and dog system is next-level. And second, I KNEW there was a good reason for that Jaw Horse, I just didn't discover it until it was sold. Dangit!
