    if you are confused when it cuts to the brim, just continue the pattern until you get to desired length, and if it is too small continue with increase rows until desired width

    to keep the pattern straight instead of shifted you’ll have to chain one at the beginning of each round and work until you reach the end then you slip stitch into the first hdc at the end of the round after you slip stitch turn your work and go back the other way that keeps the lines straight

    If u're making this hat for adult, then you should add more rows for top. If you will just copy what she did like she stop at row 9, then you will have small bucket hat:). Add atleast more 7-9 rows, so that you can have 15-17 inches top. After that, you can copy what she did at the side of bucket hat.

    Hi lala! Love this hat :) I’m following your tutorial but I’m using a smaller size yarn so i’m trying to adapt. I was wondering how can i make the brim less wavy? Because of the thinner yarn it’s becoming super wavy. Thank you so much

    • @lr479
      @lr479 2 года назад +3

      Keep going with your rows with no increases. The hat will naturally start to go down. I would recommend doing it until the hat touches the top part of your ear.
