    This was so relaxing. I just want to say I always appreciate how you place an emphasis on wrist health in each session. You’re the only yoga instructor I know that emphasizes wrist health and shows how to stretch to prevent injury.

    Whew Chile! For someone that’s new to yoga, today almost took me out but i completed it! Also, i started following you on IG and saw that you’ve captioned a few posts with songs from Tori Kelly’s gospel record and that was the confirmation i needed to see that my search for you was on point.     What I like about Arianna's instruction is that she makes me feel like it's all about me. Some classes seem to put the instructor at the center. Not Arianna. She makes me the star. I love that!

    What I realized today is that practicing yoga at home frees me from worrying about whether or not I can accomplish a poise perfectly. No one is watching. Instead of skipping a poise, I can just try my best and see how it feels and it's very liberating.

    I’ve worked out my whole life. I’ve done marathons and weight training. At 54, alas my body aches. I’m so glad I’ve found you on you tube. I’m so stiff and inflexible. The log pose I CAN NOT do. I’m inspired though. I’ll keep trying!!

    Just done day 1 and 2 today, just what I was looking for and needed, explanation of the breath. Couldn't do Camel pose at all a couple of months ago, just about made it...yes! Day 3... I'm ready! Thank you Arianna 🙏❤

    I recently found your channel when I was searching a yoga video focused on neck and shoulders and after that just fell in love with not only your voice but the different poses you choose. I have been following so many yoga videos but yours is by far the best one i've come across! I wanted to do a 30 day yoga challenge but saw you have this 7 day one so I thought to begin with that :) So far this challenge has been great! This video was a bit challenging - BUT beginner friendly for sure! Like the camel pose in the end made soo many crack noises in my body ahah but it felt good in the end and im glad we werent holding such poses for long. Just perfect! :) Thank you for making such videos, keep doing you!

    Reentering the yoga space so it’s like a newbie all over again. That leg crossed over the other stretch forward pose made me rethink my entire life for just a minute. Did what I can, we’ll get there . ❤️🙏🏾

    Hey Arianna! So I noticed this 7 Day Challenge is not grouped with “Yoga/Meditation Challenges”. Wasn’t sure if it was intentional or if you weren’t aware, but this playlist is definitely a goto when i don’t see a new workout from you.     I love this challenge, thank you for putting it together Arianna. I’m quite flexible except in my hips, so I find crossing my legs in log pose really difficult. Do you think the flexibility in my hips will get any better?

    Great flow. I really liked the baby cactus move. I couldn't do the log fire?? move so I just sat cross legged. Your ending head, mouth, heart is a great send off for my day. Thank you.

    My fire logs wouldn't stack--hips way too tight, so opted for an easy sit. Something to look forward to down the line as my hips become more flexible : ) Thank you!

    Thanks so much for this 7 day yoga challenge. I started with day 2 because it’s Tuesday and it was so awesome. I had a little issue with firelog so I just sat with my legs crisscrossed. Hopefully I will work my way up. It was refreshing seeing a brown skinned girl like me this morning.

    Thank you so much for sharing your skill and talent with us. My daughter introduced me to your page and I am enjoying this challenge. One thing....Some of the poses are hard for me, I am not flexible anymore unfortunately but am determined to get back my flexibility. I have a previous back injury that limits me a bit, as well my hips are so tight I can't even do my legs crossing over the knee pose. Can you give me some suggestions for alternative poses(crossing ankle over the knee pose, bo pose, camel pose), and ways to improve these poses over time.

    Thank you so much for your videos. I have really enjoyed them. I really liked how you gave modifications for the boat pose. I was wondering if you could give a few more modifications.     thank you! this 7 day challenge is exactly what I need. your videos are easy to follow and I appreciate the challenge. do you have a variation for the fire log pose? I was struggling and my hips are less flexible than I thought.

      Yes! Instead of stacking your legs on top of each other, allow them to lay on the mat and place a bolster on top to rest your arms/head on

    Love ur sequences, can help with a modification for fire log pose? My legs are miles apart even when one ankle touches the knee

      Take it slow! Feel free to bend your knee as needed until you gradually gain more flexibility :)

      yes! Try putting you hand in your 'invisible back pockets' ( lower back/butt) until you feel comfortable to reach for your ankles :)

    this was really a challenge for me .. i struggled with getting into a lot of the positions.. I really could have used a modification for the seated position but did the best I could..

    So today was hmmm 🤔 🤔 challenging. How can I stretch to get into a better firelog pose? Just to make it a bit more comfortable

      If you place a block in between your legs to create a connection between both legs it really helps while you work your way into a full firelog pose ;)

      Yes! you can place a block underneath your ankle or in-between your legs :)

      Yes of course! Just work on angling your chins in for now until you can stack your knees directly on top of each other :)

      sure! you can just keep your arms extended if that feels more comfortable than bending at the elbows ;)
