Thank you for saying its ok to take a break! I went half way with this one yesterday but came back to finish it today while having intense first day period cramps. I'm happy to report that the pain has pretty much subsided after finishing this yoga session! Super cool, thank you Adrianna xx

Amazing! The last two days have been very hard. But I’m not giving up. Today, the lunge stretches almost took me out. Right along with the yoga squat. But i love your energy. I’m looking forward to diving more into your channel.

Over half way through and still loving this challenge!
I actually managed to keep my heals down in the yogi squat today! It’s the little wins like this that remind me that a regular practice, even if just 15-20 minutes a day can help me improve. This was perfect for my lunch break; I’m feeling ready to conquer the rest of the day. Thank you!

Love this always! However, I have SO MUCH trouble when doing the half splits! I asked my mom for a yoga mat this Christmas, so I'm hoping it'll help a lot more that using a blanket on the floor! Any advice? I would appreciate it so much!

Thank you for the wonderful video, I've really been enjoying following you. Any tips on how to get the yogi squat? It stresses the knees and the area at the back of my ankles feels like it's on fire and it's not an area you can typically find videos on.
Yes! step your fit hips width distance, point your toes slightly out and sink your bum in between. Place a block or a firm pillow underneath for a little extra help! :)

I can, but I will have to be very honest, I'm not the healthiest eater! lol.... I'm not vegan or vegetarian like many people typically assume I am! :) lol

I love this challenge series, Arianna. The yoga squat though is really hard for me. I find that I am leaning forward, and you're not. Do you have any tips for how I can be more erect or does that come with time and practice?
Hi! Yes you can use a block under your bum to sit on it while you are in the squat. That way you can still feel the squat but also work on liftingyoru chest and sitting back ;)
