I really love that you end each session in the fetal position, then the daily reminder about thoughts, words and intentions. These are definitely some new moves in the hip muscles for me, but it feels great.
6/27/20 Day 6 This practice was so welcomed after a long week of work in the garden. Trying to use yoga to keep me fluid bc I lift so many heavy things as an urban gardener. Thank you!

I only recently discovered that by coming to the playlist I would find a complete session/ series. II never saw this seven days challenge. This morning I got up and I was thinking I’m not feeling up to balancing and so this particular session was ideal for me, thank you, Ariana!

oh I definitely needed a more chill routine for day 6 so THANK YOU!! also I noticed a genuine improvement in the fire log stretch from when we did it earlier in the week which is very exciting!! :)
After waking up to a chilly morning, my body is all warmed up now. Yay!

Hi! allow your knee to bend and your heel to come in closer to your going until you work your hip open enough to align it with your knee. Take it slow! :) It'll take time :)

Hi, Where do get your mats from again? They are so big.
Its just the camera lens! haha I use a wide angle lens so it make them seem wider. They are regular sized mats. As far as where I get them from, I have a video on that actually :D Look a few videos below this one
