- In this Video we will Review the Gardwel Screen coating paint for projector screen.
I have shot whole process I followed to make this DIY screen and tried to show the result before and after.
This video will be helpful for those who want the upgrade on viewing experience but don't want to invest in costly ALR screens.
I am projecting from 10.5ft distance hence achieved screen size is approx. 92 inch.

Appreciate your efforts. Please reply what's the main difference in Mecool KM2 and other? Why many youtubers suggesting the Mecool KM2 over all others Mecool KM3, KM6, KM6? Which is best?
Km2 is only device with Netflix support. It also has very good upscaling capability for older content
The black border is wavy as hell. A level and a straight edge would of went a long way.

Against white wall, yes. But I recently installed reflective grey screen and results of that are really amazing.

I had tried with plain white color as well. But i liked grey shade personally. But brightness definitely kam hua
Reflective screen does give better results than this paint. Ab 2 saal se wohi use kar raha hu

Matte colors might work if we add little silver to it. Might be experimental as we have to get shade right.

No. I looks fine. I didnt notice any
Nice one. However, you could have tried Matt Finish Wallpaper instead. No effort on the wall at all. Just stick it for 300 rs.
I did think about it. I decided against it because of 2 reasons
1. Bubbles might be caused during application
2. Normal sheets are 45 or 60cm hence we will have overlap line

are these paints available in normal shops. is screen coating paint some kind of special paint. can i use asian royale and add some tinch of grey in it and make a screen out of it?
Actually any white color should do but brightness and contrast will be impacted by type of color used.
Won't comment about royale as i hv not used it.
I can say patch test and see results before applying to complete wall
I have one question here, do we need to call a professional painter to do painting or we can do painting our own? Did you do painting your own?
I did it on my own as you can see in video. Yes, it can be a big task if you don't like DIY

I have a great Android Streaming Device. What non Android projector can you recommend ? I aimed for Lenovo L5, but Banggood isn't shipping to India and Lenovo India seem to have no idea about it. Thanx
Unfortunately new projectors are coming with android versions only.
I am not correct person to advice regarding projector as I have not checked any apart from my own.
greetings from Pakistan...good job..but i would suggest an Epsin Eb585wi UST projector rather than these chinese cheap and fake so Called UHD high lumins..the epson will work great..and they are also not that expenssive

No. I have used optical from my android box
Borsso bs30 Or better any other projector even lights on.
I dnt think any of these projectors are ideal for lights on viewing
You need much higher ansi for that

Sorry ... I have not seen the performance of BS30 model

Well depends on your requirement. If you are planning to view content in little ambient light then go with Grey. If not, then white is ideal for dark rooms.
Just make sure color has high gain. Ideally keeping light grey shade

Well depends on personal choice. If your projector doesn't have much contrast, little grey shade can help
But yes, plain white can be good experience as well

1ltr should be enough for 2-3 coats. But before you proceed checkout anti light screen material. I have another video on same on channel
Viewing angle?
Its normal paint. There are no issues with viewing angle.
I did install reflective screen after and experience is much better but viewing angles are limited to 30° for that screen

Its personal preference. If you like more brighter images, go for a while.
If you want to increase color contrast and blacks, go for light grey
Darker shades are never recommended
Vs 314 1500 lumens projector also work on grey paint on a wall sir plz msg
Projector is having only official 1500 lumens. I dont think wall experience will be good

Correct. You can add add 2-3 drops of black stainer to make color grey. Make sure you don't put too much black otherwise picture quality will degrade

Grey shade gives better contrast and color reproduction while compromising on brightness. Its personal preference
