Sir, humble suggestion, you have missed out on mentioning soaking these Sridhanya millets for 6-8 hours before consuming. This is mentioned by Dr Khadar to be the most important aspect to benefit from the mentioned millets.

Sir hum 2 saal se roz 1 kilo fruits kha rahe hai morning mein, aur fully dip diet follow kar rahe hai .. aur puri tarah se thik hu koi problems nahi hai.. lekin test nahi kiye hai koi bhi kyu ki dr. Fruit mai Fructose hota hai jo slowly glucose mai convert hota hai.. isliye 2 ghante baad aap sugar check karoge to usme fruit ki sugar nahi aayegi but after 3-4 hr fructose convert to glucose and ur sugar level increase... aapne sahi kaha ke GI aur GL par jitna dhyan doge utna well control diabetes rahega.. Aap GTT test karke dekho to pata chalega ke ye diet mai aapko kitna fayda hua hai

Its very simple- eat more veggies and less grain(wheat/rice).
Also try to avoid wheat/rice and start Millets.
Slowly and gradually go into Millets only diet.

In Punjab, cancer cases are highest because of the nasheela laddu that they consume and not due to wheat /atta.
