Thank you sir! कभी समय था जब हमारे उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ों में ये सभी अनाज उगाए खाए जाते थे और लोग निश्चित रूप से आज के मुकाबले कहीं ज्यादा स्वस्थ और लंबी उम्र जीते थे। लेकिन अब पलायन ने वहां की खेती को बंजर करके रख दिया और अबकी पीढ़ियों को इन अनाजों का नाम तक नहीं पता।
My grandmother did not eat wheat or rice. Her preferred roti was made of Corn (Makki) or Millet (Juwar) in warm weather, Pearl Millet (Bajra) in cooler months, and Missi-Roti... made of mix grains in the transitional weather. She would grind them all at home to prevent possible adulteration at the local Flour Mill. She was never sick ... not even for day... lived well into her 80s... independently. No joint pains either.
Millets help in agriculture keeping land fertile and grows quick , require less water . Wheat , rice are not altogether bad , it is there adulteration , pesticides . That is reason government wants to promote millets also .

Food and grains are geographically distributed by nature. Our ancestors used to eat rice in chhattisgarh area since many years but they didn't get harmed with such disease. Now days so many impurities are spread every where to grow the crop. That are the main reason behind getting fat tummy and other disease. The person who belongs to AP already used to eat this millets but they also suffered with such issues what you mentioned.... So let the nature as it is take healthy food, self grown food then only you will not get suffered with all this problem.

I think chana, mung and soy flour should also come in positive grains. Soy flour I can guarantee is positive grain bcoz it has high protein and less carbs. Chana flour which is besan is also recommended to diabetic people insted of wheat.

Food and grains are geographically distributed by nature. Our ancestors used to eat rice in chhattisgarh area since many years but they didn't get harmed with such disease. Now days so many impurities are spread every where to grow the crop. That are the main reason behind getting fat tummy and other disease.
The person who belongs to AP already used to eat this millets but they also suffered with such issues what you mentioned.... So let the nature as it is take healthy food, self grown food then only you will not get suffered with all this problem.

Act what I feel ,such videos are having hidden agenda of marketting something .this person has named a person who is also known as millet man .this millet man have huge business of selling these millets .watch their claim very carefully ,they says like this can cure all diseases from body they will never ever can say by confidence ,for example paracetamol we says it cures fever and it will . But their such food suppliment can never do ..
Millets are very good grain but can't be replaced by regular grain this what even dieticians says in one voice . So eat millets sensibly may be one time in one or two days are good option but don't replace your diet with them as they are very high protein

I think chana, mung and soy flour should also come in positive grains.
Soy flour I can guarantee is positive grain bcoz it has high protein and less carbs. Chana flour which is besan is also recommended to diabetic people insted of wheat.

Sir, we are using one normal Aata brand in which carbohydrates is 64.2 and Fiber is 11.4 per 100g. The calculated ratio is coming 5.8, will this be helpful to reduce the blood sugar levels, kindly suggest Sir

Myself at an age of 80 years and my ancestors ate only wheat and lived a healthy life of 80-95 years.
These gains are good but for a healthy life eat less, do exercise regularly and remain mentally relaxed.
