Hi, bought a Persimmon house with this shower 4 years ago (still in warranty). Do you know how to prove that you "bought" the shower if Persimmon was who bought the shower? (I don't have any receipt or proof of purchase other that the proof that I purchased the house 4 years ago)
So I have identical showers (or so I thought) in 2 bathrooms. Before ordering a new cartridge, I thought I'd remove one from the good shower to make sure it fixed my issue. The cartridges are totally different! After putting everything back my good shower is now cold shower🙄. Also I noticed you turned your valve the wrong way to do the same - mines the same. There's a good argument for just replacing them with something that works properly. Anyway, thanks for the video, it enabled me to break my shower very quickly.
I just bought a house with a mira agile shower. I assume it's the original from when I'm the house was built 10 years ago. Am I right to assume that the temperature increases with the pressure? Is there a way to increase the base temperature? For example I like a warm shower that isn't too powerful. Do these designs only allow for cold low pressure, and hot high pressure?
Hi would replacing the cartridge solve an issue where the hot water is taking a long time to heat up (even on the highest level... always a couple mins to heat up) other taps in the property heats up almost instantly
Who it be possible for you to give me the part number.I’m concerned the cartridge I have is red like the one you put in but the only ones I can find are yellow .They look the same but there are several ones out there
Would anyone know why cold water is flowing out of this model when it’s turned off? I’ve bought a brand new shower and the problem remains. I bought a brand new cartridge after that, the problem remains! Can’t work it out but feel the plumber will cost a fortune. Any help welcome please!

Got same shower, even same tiles. Problem I got is that my shower takes an absolute age to get hot. Sometime it doesn’t even get hot as the boiler doesn’t kick in. Would that be cartridge issue. Cheers
A very helpful video so does changing the cartridge also fix a shower that doesn't get too hot, only gets hot on the last level and not boiling at that level as well? luke warm
It definitely changed where ours gets hot and the change from hot and cold. Before, when we’d turn the heat up or down you’d get a wee shot of freezing cold water. That doesn’t happen any more.

@@MrNitin1502 yes! I had a part within which I had in the wrong order.. so my fault! Sounds simple but make sure when you take it out and if you take it apart, that you put it back together the same 🤦 simple job once I realised my mistake.

Yeah unless you can isolate the water supply at the shower.

Persimmon home? Yeah probably the cartridge I think. It’s a thermostatic thing so it’s probably not working properly.

What about the different style cartridge? Think its the older version
