I can’t wait to make “crumpets” to go with my morning coffee! I also love better stevia, the English toffee is amazing in coffee! Thanks for the gelatin and slicing after refrigerated tips! The gelatin also adds extra protein! Thanks so much for sharing Mrs.Judy!
You are a jewel Ms. Judi! I appreciate you sharing the gelatin trick. I hope by adding it makes it less “chokey”! 😊 I enjoy listening to you. I would like to try PPSMF. Have you had any clients to do it who’s hypothyroid?
I made this bread following your instructions exactly. O. M. G. So awesome. Love, love it. Also, it’s pretty easy, because I had no trouble. Lol. Thank you for sharing! ❤️❤️❤️
Made my first batch last night. I currently only have a hand mixer so made a "1 loaf" batch. I realize this isn't an exact science but having never baked anything like this I always want a base to start from. Let me know if my "1 loaf ingredients" are "correct". 6 Large Egg Whites 29g egg white protein Powder 1 tsp cinnamon (more or less to taste) 1 tsp gelatin small amount of liquid stevia (optional)
Love your channel! I subscribed! I noticed that the written recipe from your blog says to bake 45 minutes. Is that a mistake, and it should only be 30 minutes?
Great video. If I have a handheld mixer, I should probably half the recipe, though, you think ? Sorry, didn't finish the video, so if you mentioned it, didn't hear it. Busy at work.
I'm so happy I found you and your husband on youtube a while back! Been watching every episode! Can you please tell me size of loaf pans? Looking into PSMF Thank you!!
Thanks for the reply(replies) Seems like RUclips has been suggesting more & more PSMF “influencers” to my feed & even send me suggestive commercials to take either PSMF, keto, or a wide array of health courses, mainly Maria’s that’s why I asked. Will continue to follow you too! 😉
high LDL is not necessarily a problem. I have high LDL but my CAC score is very very low so I don't have any problems. I do not think PSMF will help with lowering LDL - but I am not a doctor
Confirm is this 1 tbsp or 1 tsp of cinnamon? You said 1 tbsp in the video but the text says 1 tsp. also... Prior to you putting them in the oven you said bake for 30 minutes but after you took them out you recapped and said bake for 1 hour. I think you meant 30 minutes still.
@@Judisketokitchen ty for clearing that up. I think it’s still off because if you doubled it it’s still not measured right but…. I love cinnamon. Can’t mess it up lol
It doesn't matter how many times I try to make any version of this "bread" (focaccia, pizza crust...yuk, cinnamon rolls etc) it still tastes like styrofoam and is so horribly dry, it's just not an edible product I don't know what to do. So tired of wasting all the ingredients only to through all the loaves etc in the garbage...is it just me and my tastes??? I have followed you for a couple of years and love all your other recipes. I would love to be able to have a recipe for PSMF but just can't eat this 😭
There are other variations that are better. The addition of allulose, yeast and time to rise, and even the gentle addition of a yolk (Keto Carnivorish Chris) at the end of mixing are all game changers for this recipe. Without at least the yeast and rising and the allulose, I can't eat it either. Try finding the recipe from Ketofoodie here on YT. It's her "improved" recipe that includes parmesan cheese powder. It makes the best toast ever. Also, Alicia of Keto Upgrade has a yeast risen egg white bread that is quite good. But the one by KetoFoodie is faster. These egg white bread recipes are the best texture wise we have so far that I am aware of.
I see the recipe works, everything tastes good, but where is anything healthy in it? No vitamins, everything dead and made from cartons, or powders, even dried garlic? Im sorry, im missing any healthy benefits, except its keto and thats all.
Are you confused or on the wrong page? It’s PSMF. It’s high protein and low fat so you can utilize your body fat for fuel. If you want a salad or oxalates - there are plenty of channels for that.
Can't wait to try this. Thanks for all you do to help people you dont even know. What a beautiful heart you have!!❤

Hi Judy 👋. Love watching your cooking videos. I learn something new every time 🌻
thank you
Thanks for the excellent tips on baking the bread!🙏
You are a jewel Ms. Judi! I appreciate you sharing the gelatin trick. I hope by adding it makes it less “chokey”! 😊 I enjoy listening to you. I would like to try PPSMF. Have you had any clients to do it who’s hypothyroid?
gelatin makes a big difference. We currently have clients who are on thyroid medications and are doing well
Thank you Ms Judy
I made this bread following your instructions exactly. O. M. G. So awesome. Love, love it. Also, it’s pretty easy, because I had no trouble. Lol. Thank you for sharing! ❤️❤️❤️
I am glad you liked it
Thanks ☺ Looking forward to cinnamon crumpets 👍.
On a side note* Do you have oven cleaning instructions?? Mine is always in use too. Thank you!
I now have a self cleaning oven
can i make with electric hand beater is there a replacement for egg white powder
Made my first batch last night. I currently only have a hand mixer so made a "1 loaf" batch. I realize this isn't an exact science but having never baked anything like this I always want a base to start from. Let me know if my "1 loaf ingredients" are "correct".
6 Large Egg Whites
29g egg white protein Powder
1 tsp cinnamon (more or less to taste)
1 tsp gelatin
small amount of liquid stevia (optional)
sounds about right. I believe for 1 loaf I use 27 grams egg white powder but you are close enough
Love your channel! I subscribed!
I noticed that the written recipe from your blog says to bake 45 minutes. Is that a mistake, and it should only be 30 minutes?
it should be 30. thanks for letting me know the bake time is wrong. I will change it
@@Judisketokitchen ok thank you 😊
Interesting about the greasy oven!
It really is!
Excellent video thank you 😊
Great recipe!
I’m enjoying your recipes. What gelatin do you use? Is it unflavored or beef? Thanks so much!
What kind of gelatin did you use, can you use beef gelatin?
you can use any kind of gelatin, I usually use beef gelatin
Great video. If I have a handheld mixer, I should probably half the recipe, though, you think ? Sorry, didn't finish the video, so if you mentioned it, didn't hear it. Busy at work.
the recipe makes 1 loaf but I use so much I usually double the recipe - in the video I made a double recipe
@@Judisketokitchen I need to get a toaster/convection oven. My oven goes to 200 max. Thank you

@@Judisketokitchen thank you so much!! Love your videos and you
Thanks for the recipes as I am really enjoying them. As for the gelatin do you use unflavored or beef?
it is unflavored
@@Judisketokitchen thank you!
Have you taken the Maria Emmerich courses?
I do not follow her - I listen to my husband who has researched PSMF for years. He is a naturopathic doctor and does a lot of research

Do you recommend psmf for a relatively thin person 6’ 159 lbs who was former keto now LCHF to address high LDL?
high LDL is not necessarily a problem. I have high LDL but my CAC score is very very low so I don't have any problems. I do not think PSMF will help with lowering LDL - but I am not a doctor
Where do you get the egg white powder? What is the purpose of it when you are already using all of the fresh egg whites?
I get my egg white powder on Amazon - links are in the description. It helps with the texture
I could not find egg white powder. Can I use unflavored protein powder?
I buy my egg white powder on AZ and there is a link in the description. You can try protein powder and see if it works
Can you use just powdered egg whites
I’d like to know as well.
I have not used just powdered egg whites and been successful but try it and let me know
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
In the video you say a tablespoon of cinnamon, but the green display says a teaspoon.
In the video I was making a double batch so for 1 loaf it is 1 tsp
How many tlbs for the egg poder, I dont ave a scale...thanks!
In the written recipe - it states about 1/4 cup
I can't eat egg whites and egg yolks are iffy. :(((((
What brand of egg white powder do you use?
I usually use Judees or Now brand egg white powder
Confirm is this 1 tbsp or 1 tsp of cinnamon? You said 1 tbsp in the video but the text says 1 tsp.
also... Prior to you putting them in the oven you said bake for 30 minutes but after you took them out you recapped and said bake for 1 hour. I think you meant 30 minutes still.
In the video I was making a double batch so I used 1 TBS. for 1 loaf, I use 1 tsp
Click on the link to the recipe because she says tablespoon of cinnamon but it’s actually teaspoon
it is a tablespoon for a double batch which is what I was making in the video. I should have clarified
